I just walked out to check if it was leaking because it's happened before and it was leaking so walked back in within a minute to exchange for one that wasn't leaking and she refused the exchange. Every exchange/return I've ever done here has been very easy and simple but this girl made it such a bad experience. Paying for a broken/leaking cartridge is like paying for a partially opened jar of bud... unacceptable in this industry, especially with how much it costs for a premium solventless hash rosin disposable vape.
