On my last trip my 'tender gave me a disposable when I asked for a regular cartridge, not a huge deal but when you factor in the drive and time it becomes expensive. I have been coming to The Green Door since it opened around four years ago and I have to say the only good thing that has changed are the prices on flower. The Bondi has dropped as well as some other top shelve brands. I mainly smoke flower and the flower here is always good. I used to get lavender always but it's good flower so hard to come here. Overall the location is hard to find unfortunately but there are some signs that point to where you're final destination will be. They always have really chill, knowledgeable bud tenders who really know what they're selling and how to beat help you find what you need. I always have a great experience. Their prices are super reasonable for flower, joints, and carts and they usually have great deals! Bonus too is there's not usually a long wait like some other dispo's I've been to. The customer service is unmatched too, I had an issue with a cartridge I'd purchased and they totally helped me figure out a solution! The owner is also awesome af. Best dispensary in the area hands DOWN! The door lady is so welcoming and sweet, the bud tenders are knowledgeable and they have surprise sales I've caught a few times which made my purchase a steal of a deal. :-) I've found the prices here are much lower than other dispensaries (especially in town) Location can be difficult to find first time but I like how it's low key. Each budtender knows the product whether they use that consistency or brand of product and are able to give several recommendations that suit your needs. They work quickly and efficiently to move through lines and get you on your way to enjoying your purchase. That being said, the product they offer is also top notch. From drinks to flower (loose and pre-rolled) to oil for your rig or dab pen to edibles of every size and flavor, they surely have something that will pique your interest while still staying under budget. The Greeters that check your ID's are great and the store has a great set up and good variety. I've been coming here about twice a week for the last 6 months and i finally have to write a review. The sales associates here are about as unknowable and unfriendly as I've ever seen! I'm there constantly and not only do they never have the knowledge about the products when i ask but always come across rude, that they're even asked questions. I understand it's a weed store but there still needs to be some resemblance of customer service. Maybe they could start with a simple hello, how can i help you? Isn't that still a thing? These guys just lost a customer. Broke my bong, and needed a replacement. Headed there. It's dark out there, and my GPS TOLD ME TO TURN TOO LATE AT 9:57. ( no sign ) As soon as I could stop & turn around safe, I called them on my way back ( from east, where I can see their green lights ).
