Horrible service from the girl manager working today 05/12/26, usually this place is great and everybody else is wonderful and very helpful. The manager refused to accept my return of a leaking cartridge I didn't even use. I just walked out to check if it was leaking because it's happened before and it was leaking so walked back in within a minute to exchange for one that wasn't leaking and she refused the exchange. Every exchange/return I've ever done here has been very easy and simple but this girl made it such a bad experience. Paying for a broken/leaking cartridge is like paying for a partially opened jar of bud... unacceptable in this industry, especially with how much it costs for a premium solventless hash rosin disposable vape. read more

They're trying to phase out coin change by rounding up your total to an even dollar amount. So instead of paying $4.20 for like a jay it's $5 at the register. I ended up coming here the first time because they were listed as a seller of Cormorant sorbet and I just had to try some. I really wanted 1 of each flavour, but alas, Washington state says no so I was only able to get 2. Easy parking and the area seems mostly safe (during the day, at least). This shop works like all the others: show your ID at the window and you can get into the shop. I had ordered online and there was a line for that. The employee was super friendly and efficent and gave me a fun tip: make a slushie using prosecco. I came back here another time because I've been branching out on lotion options. Again, fast friendly service. They were out of a few carts I wanted, but she had several suggestions up her sleeve and I was able to find products I was happy with. Kush 21 is a great dispensary in Buckley, large selection of products. I just have a warning about Khush kush pre rolls, I picked up a Mendo Breath joint 2 pack, I thought it was very harsh and couldn't smoke it, so I emptied the other joint out and let's just say very disappointed, full of stems, looked more like floor sweeping to me, I won't be buying or recommending their brand. But thats just my opinion, I've only been a connoisseur of the Jazz Lettuce since 1980 so Im kinda picky and this particular product has failed. read more

I have been a regular customer at Kush 21 and have spent a significant amount of money here, but after my most recent experience, I won't be coming back. While I was on the phone with my grandmother, I was abruptly told that I could not be on the phone inside the store. Their reasoning? They claimed I might be speaking with a minor. This policy makes absolutely no sense--if someone intended to communicate with a minor, they could just as easily text them instead. Even worse, there is no law requiring this rule. Kush 21 has implemented it on their own, and it serves no real purpose other than inconveniencing customers. It's extremely disappointing to be treated this way as a loyal customer. Rather than focusing on providing a positive and welcoming experience, Kush 21 chooses to enforce pointless and impractical policies that don't actually prevent any harm. There are plenty of dispensaries that treat their customers with respect and common sense--I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The wonderful staff have been very helpful suggesting products that meet my needs. I've found several products with their help that allow me to sleep well and be active without strong side affects. The shop can get busy in the afternoon but is organized and well staffed. Ordering product online for pickup is nicely discounted and has an express lane for very quick pick up. Normally good service. I left my license there on St Patrick's Day. I live out of town and called the next day when I noticed it missing and Jennifer from "management" verified it was there. I asked if she could pop it in the mail for me since I live 1 1/2 hrs away. She said sure no problem. We spoke again at 2 weeks and she said it was still there on her desk... no apology and no explanation. I have had to call back five times over nearly 3 weeks and STILL don't have my license. Apparently she has to go to the post office to mail it instead of giving mail to the postal carrier?? What? I was here over Halloween '23 and as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed by the staff. I've been to dispensaries in Chicago and Denver but this was the first time that it felt like I was walking into a store ran by people who just got me! Any question I had they were quick to answer and were super knowledgeable. They had a huuuge selection of products, from edibles to bud to prerolls. We stopped in to Kush 21 twice on our trip through Seattle. They had a excellent variety of both edibles and flour but what made the visit first rate was the people behind the counter. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. That really makes the biggest difference for any type of store or restaurant. I would recommend this establishment if your not physically disabled. They have 1 dedicated ADA spot and if their senior security is there, he'll tell them to put up a placard or move. As a disabled person it's infuriating to watch fully abled people park there simply because they're too lazy to walk from the other side of the lot! Walked in with my paycheck that I just cashed and accidentally left it on the counter. Tried and tried to have them show me the footage to prove that I left with my money and they denied me access and said they looked at it themselves and it shows I left with it. I got home and called the store hoping to speak to another worker and they said no one in the store is able to access the footage, so I would have to wait until Monday morning when the manager comes in. This was a Friday night. I even made a police report with King County Sheriff and they denied them access to footage as well. DO NOT GO Here! And I still have not gotten a call back from the manager like they said! $2100 down the drain! read more

This place is amazing! There's so much variety and staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. It does get busy because they are the closest dispensary to the airport. I don't consume myself so I had no clue what I was getting myself into, it's a whole new world. They have their glass shop right next door.
