My bf and I just visited here today and we were helped by a very friendly young lady named Katie (not sure how to spell her name). Right when we walked in, we were greeted by a HUGE selection from weed to weed vapes to bongs. They literally have everything u can think of. They also currently have a 30% off sale store wide for all of August so we were able to buy an ounce of mini buds for only $65!! And for regular buds it was around $85. My go to for weed was a different dispensary but this place has exceeded my expectations by far. I went in not knowing what exactly to get, and asked Katie for her advice and she brought out 4 different things for me to choose from and was extremely helpful. As a loyal customer of 5 years, I'm extremely disappointed. I used to love going here every day, literally every day, but unfortunately, with the inappropriate sexual nature of one specific manager and the unprofessional employees. I have been going to Kaleafa a lot more than Greenside these days. A lady who works there, I think, named Ronin, was very pushy with other budtenders while I was there. She is touchy to other budtenders. Ronin is always flirting with customers and budtenders, I know because you can see it every single time you go to this dispo, and she has tried getting my brothers number on multiple occasions. It is disappointing that this location has become a brothel where this girl asks for numbers of customers for personal use, including interrupt the sale between another budtender and I at checkout just to flirt with them. The way most of the budtenders treat greenside is unprofessional and often I see the budtenders on their phone or jumping around, goofing around. Whenever I make a mobile order, I never get the products I ordered online and have to wait until they find the correct products I ordered and I end up waiting as long if not longer than people who didn't even make an online order. I never get a receipt which, the entire transaction is just more stress than needed for something so simple. The budtenders, when asked for recommendations don't seem knowledgeable about the products, I thought the employees were supposed to have a little knowledge on the products, it's sad. The price of the products are alright, they don't have quality brands so I often find myself going to a different dispo, they seem to be out of stock for most popular items so if you want to purchase from Greenside you'll have to settle for a substitute. I don't like that at all especially when I order online. I'm repulsed, and I have shared by word of mouth this ongoing issue with a manager at Greenside. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and drive a good bit to go there specifically. They have discount days and prices vary so much, it's easy to stay within budget. I've gotten some killer deals on cartridges. Their cartridge return policy is 7 days which is fair when a lot of places won't return at all. Today I had a bunch of cartridges that died half way through use but was outside of the return window. They legally can't return after that but were bummed for me. First time visit to Greenside Recreational Dispensary. Big crowd in line outside the doors, but seemingly well monitored and controlled. Some confusion for those in line as some pre-ordered (on-line order) vs perusing products in store. Might speed up processes if on line orders had quicker service. Searching the web I found that they were having a great sale so decided to stop in for a look. Entrance controlled by a 'security person', then upon entering one must remove their COVID mask and mug for a wall mounted camera (security system), then you step into line. Of course the on-line orders where going much faster. Parking is provided immediately south of the shop. I missed it first time driving by. The original staffing seems to have gone and turns out, almost every other place in Seattle and Tacoma have much, MUCH better prices. Even with the gas prices going up and down, it's still worth the drive to shop elsewhere. EX: Mama J 5 pack is $20 and $14 on sale. In Seattle, it's $14 and $10 on sale. Shatter J 5 pack is $50, ALWAYS $30-$38 elsewhere. Lifted prerolls are $19 and $13 on sale, $12 original and $8 on sale elsewhere. I still go here because of the convenience, but that's all. Totally new staff here except for a few. Such a weird vibe in this place. There are only about four bud tenders across their staff that seem to be able to tell you anything about the products. That friendly, welcoming, and fun vibe is totally gone. I actually had several negative experiences with bud tender Cezanne but Brendan and Josh always have great suggestions and are some of the staff still here from their best days. I guess I'm giving it two because it sells marijuana to the gen. pop. Staff is nice only when they receive a tip. Over priced like a lot of the shops. I smoke a lot of flower and they have some pretty good product like most shops but the flower is ridiculously over priced. They have weekly deals like other shops but would only come here if I'm in the area and need to re-up. They're okay. They were my go to when I didn't feel like driving all the way to my regular (moved away from the area last year). I lived right in front of this location. I didn't like their selection for flower or joints mainly because of the prices but they value was still good. Then I got home but instead of being able to smoke I spent almost an hour taking all the sugar leaf out.
