Obviously, the Trumplike DIS-service I received there shocked, disgusted and revolted me almost to the extent of filing a lawsuit claiming damages for appalling mortification and emotional distress -- but why bother when its business-cidial management style will shutter it soon enough? Excellent Customer Care with Problem Solver Super Heros I have been shopping regularly at The Green Solutions for about a year. Each time I visit I have the pleasure of working with some of the most knowledgeable bud masters in the industry. My last visit proved this statement to be true when working with Adam and Josh at the Fort Collins North Location. My last vape pen purchase left me 'smokeless' when a piece of the cartridge became lodged into the battery charger. Adam assessed the pen and discovered the dilemma. He expressed his value in my business and replaced the cartridge as well as repaired the pen. I'm once again able to get a good night's sleep and felt my money at this location was well spent. Although they didn't have to honor the replacement as it was past the 30-day policy, Adam bent the rules to make me a happy customer. I highly recommend this dispensary as one of the best in FOCO and I would like to personally thank both Adam and Josh for making my experience a pleasant one providing results. I brought a friend in to the store last weekend, who until she became sick with viral meningitis, would have NEVER thought about cannabis as an option for herself. Adam D. helped us and gave her a tour of the store, made her feel comfortable, and ask a lot of questions so he could help her the best he could. He was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, and he did a great job of explaining the differences in cannabis and CBD, and how they work. He spent a the right amount of time with us making sure my friend had all of her questions answered and she had the product she needed. This staff and store are the nicest in Fort Collins. Josh gave me a great deal on the Silver Summit Live batter. I often shop in town at the Glendale store but when I am in Fort Collins I feel right at home with the same quality products that I have come to expect from this company. Its a lot different than the other shops in the strip with their fluctuating prices and quality. At The Green Solution I can always find exactly what I am looking for (Turpy Dabs) and walk out happy. If I were to make one request I would like to see a more robust selection of full melt options and less twistspensers. I want to see The Green Solutions take on Sauce, Baller Buckets, and distillates that are both natural and flavored, preferably in the cartridges among other options. I wasn't sure how to properly operate my vape pen, so I went in to the store this evening after my pen crapped out on me. Let me start by saying management was awesome. The employee who helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me get an array of goodies of prerolls, gummies, and a drink. This place always makes it right. Thank you Green Solution. Hate to give it a one star....But the packaging of the Indi-shatter really needs to be rethought or back to parchment paper. It's hard to get out of the container and a lot of the shatter chips and flys out of the container and gets wasted. However the wax is fine and is easy to get out of. 5 stars for the indi-wax! It is great place to get a pre weighed ounce for only $100 plus tax. Chris M is a great budtender and very helpful because he knew everything in there and was able to help me out. So this is now the place I'm going to get my pre weighed ounces at.
