I lived in Denver for years and frequented the Green Solutions nearby. They are always friendly, extremely clean, and really consistent in quality and service. When I moved to Fort Collins I was delighted to find the Green Solution on College. From the front door check-in to my final ring out, everything is kept at such a high quality standard. I have worked with quite a few bud tenders but KT is definitely my favorite. She is happy to take the time to give you recommendations or explanations of different products, strains, etc. but her warm demeanor is what makes this store feel really comfortable and welcoming. I've lived in Colorado my entire life and have grown up around weed culture so I can only imagine the anxiety out-of-towners may feel before walking into a dispensary. However, I would say that TGS is where you want to go if you're new in town. The worst experience I could imagine would be coming all the way to Colorado just to roll up to a dirty, rundown dispensary with demeaning staff and stale weed. You won't have that experience here. And instead of feeling like an outsider for not knowing "stoner basics" like the difference between sativas and indicas, the staff are eagerly waiting to answer those questions. This is an extremely professional dispensary with highly knowledgeable staff. All of my questions were answered and they didn't rush me to check out. There was a long line waiting which obviously says that the products are good. I like how customers have to wait for a staff person to escort them onto the floor. Excellent Customer Care with Problem Solver Super Heros I have been shopping regularly at The Green Solutions for about a year. Each time I visit I have the pleasure of working with some of the most knowledgeable bud masters in the industry. My last visit proved this statement to be true when working with Adam and Josh at the Fort Collins North Location. My last vape pen purchase left me 'smokeless' when a piece of the cartridge became lodged into the battery charger. Adam assessed the pen and discovered the dilemma. He expressed his value in my business and replaced the cartridge as well as repaired the pen. I'm once again able to get a good night's sleep and felt my money at this location was well spent. Although they didn't have to honor the replacement as it was past the 30-day policy, Adam bent the rules to make me a happy customer. As somebody that has been in customer service since I was able to work, but also as someone in this industry, let me start by saying, I don't agree with the construct of Yelp. However, my experience was so terrible here, I created a yelp account. Never have I felt like I was inconveniencing someone in any industry, until today. Deborah with the dreads, seemed exasperated the moment she got us in line, and then proceeded to noticeably sigh throughout the entire transaction. She was incredibly condescending with every "answer" she gave to a question, her knowledge on product was nonexistent and our order wasn't correct once we left and looked at the product. Updated review!!! I've been a loyal customer to TGS. Sometimes I go several times a week. This the only dispensary I care to shop at. Lately, I've been ordering via their online option. I've probably placed over a dozen online orders and once in awhile, they don't have the product I reserved, or they miss putting an item in the bag etc but last night I placed my online order. I got a text saying it was ready. I headed out to TGS. I checked in, was told to wait at, "the box" I heard the guy call out over the radio I was waiting for them. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting. People have checked in, gone and I'm assuming left because by the time I finally got my order (over 30 minutes later) their parking lot was empty! I've never had such a bad experience. The guy who filled my order was in a bad mood, he offered no apology for me waiting so long, he nearly forgot half my order. The dispensary I usually go to (Organic Alternatives-it's great!) was closed so I tried this shit hole instead. I looked at the prices beforehand and was already unimpressed by how much more expensive everything was, but I just wanted something for the weekend so I went anyways. I waited in line for an hour and watched as workers walked past the huge line over and over again. There was clearly not a shortage of staff, they were just sitting on their asses and watching/laughing as people started to get frustrated. I ended up leaving before I purchased anything and I honestly should have left much sooner. I have been getting my refill cartridges here for awhile now and the last time I bought two refills- one tube was completely empty and the other one tasted like pure gas. In order to return anything (even if the product was not in packaging) I had to wait in line and dealt with a less than empathetic manager. Left with two new refills, that both again taste awful. Not sure if it is the recent batch that the green solution received but I will be returning these new ones and trying to find a new local shop to get my refills. read more

Once again The Green Solution continues to disappoint. With a "halftime Super Bowl" deal at $20/eighth I had to give them another chance. However, upon my arrival at the store the woman who greeted me apologized for the wait because she said everyone was watching the game. Trust me, I get it, no worries. Upon entering the store, a man tried to rush me out the door with a $22 eighth of their value flower. He had to grab someone else to try to figure out the text that I received from them regarding the deal they had offered via text. Someone else came to help, eveI chose their Chem OG the only not straight sativa they had listened on their "top shelf" tier. As I was checking out, from the open door of the back room I hear an employee shout loudly, "Customer, Just leave!". I bit my tongue and just continued my long check out process. They eventually granted me what would regularly be nearly a $40/ eighth for the price the text promised ($23 and change after tax). Everyone was still clueless about the deal even while checking out. Leaving upset I still had hope for the herb I was about to consume, knowing I would return if it was great. Long story short, the product was absolute garbage, awful flavor, same shitty spice flavor I've received in the past. Save your time and hard earned dollars and please go elsewhere.
