Stopped in for a while and bought what they had and it usually did really smell and feel damp like cat urine at this shop. After a while I mentioned this and they claimed it wasn't what I was smelling and that I wasn't welcome to shop at that shop any longer. I could tell they sold this stuff pound by pound all day long to anyone that would stop in. They really defended this product as real marijuana. read more

They ripped me off by 10 ENTIRE GRAMS of flower!!! Day 1 of shopping at TGS: Nobody told me about the 10% discount and I didn't know about the 15% discount for medical card holders. I bought an ounce. Day 2 of shopping at TGS: Someone finally told me about the 10% discount. I ordered an ounce online to get the discount, went inside, and they couldn't find my order. They spent 15min figuring out how to apply the discount manually. A skinny female employee with dark hair (assumedly the manager?) was super rude to the other employees about it when they asked for help. Day 3: I ordered an ounce online, and then saw the sign on the front door saying "medical card holders from any state get a 15% discount." So I told the same manager who was preparing my order, "hey I didn't know that was a discount, I have a medical card." She spouts off "not if you're from another state!" I explained to her that the sign says otherwise, and she says "okay." She applied the discount. Great! ...or so I thought. This freaking woman cut me short by 10 WHOLE GRAMS. I bought/paid for 8 packs of 3.5G flower. I didn't open anything until I got home because of CO & UT MMJ laws. 4 of the packs she gave me are only 1g packs!!! Joseph greeted me with a smile in a timely manner and helped me view and understand all the products I was curious about. I'd say my customer service experience at the green solution was more than excellent. I was such a pain in the butt when it came time to check out I kept putting things back and getting other things instead and Joseph helped me do that without making me feel like I was an inconvenience in anyway. LOVE this dispensary. The only one is town we care to get our goods from. Have been to them all. We shop here at least once a week and the points system is awesome. Didn't pay a dime on my birthday. The only other dispensary I'd maybe recommend is The Dab. In Green Solution it is super clean, very nice people who work there, the husky is so sweet, and they've got a great selection and very knowledgeable budtenders! Nice, comfortable, modern spacious store with excellent quality flowers. They had a sale on 1/8 oz Durban Poison sativa and I couldn't be happier with the quality and freshness. I liked that the little cans the flowers are in are sealed with a plastic membrane. It holds in the freshness and when you open it up it smells like it was just harvested. read more

I try edibles every so often when in a legal state and stopped here today because I saw the great reviews online as well as some decent pricing. Glenwood Springs is a small town, but surprisingly had many options for dispensary's. This was a great decision and we'll worth the extra few minute drive verses the other options. Zak is the man and has the best customer service I've experienced in all of Colorado. Great sense of humor, very welcoming and very knowledgeable. He helped me decide on a low dose edible and thoroughly answered all of my questions. They even take debit card with $3 fee which isn't something I've seen in many other places. I was excited to visit this store for my first time! I heard it was really nice inside. I saw deals online that were cheaper than in the store so I asked the gentleman who was helping me if I should order online cause I saw there was a 10% discount. He said if you don't mind waiting for it cause we have other orders I said that's fine. I placed the order and the lady with short brown hair comes around the corner saying did you do an online order? I said yes she said Don't do that cause it's going to mess everything up. I'll just give you the 10% off in the store. I said that's exactly why I asked before putting in the order. And to top it off they didn't even have what I ordered that online stated was available in the store.. I am just confused as to why she was so rude to me. Cancelled order and left. I've been to a loooot of dispensaries and honestly this has to be one of the nicest that I've visited. The set-up is almost like a Sephora store. Everything is really beautifully displayed and separated into its own 'dept' (edibles, wax, flower, etc). You're free to browse around and look at the products you may have been curious about, up-close. The bud tenders are on the floor and super helpful & friendly to answer whatever questions you may have and pull your wanted products, when YOU're ready. I seriously wonder why all shops aren't like this. Truly very professional, no old crusty mason jars full of bud and being rushed for the next customer. Staff was beyond wonderful. read more

This is the first dispensary I have been to when I was not satisfied . I have been in several and have always been impressed by employees knowledge and helpfulness. First time for everything. I was treated very rudely and felt like I was talked down to because of my age, perhaps. I use a walker and the employees saw me struggle opening the door, no handicap switch available. Hello everyone. I recently stopped by this place for my first time. I am liking edibles lately because it's a better feeling and helps my pain better. I am in a wheelchair after being diagnosed with a brain tumor 4 years ago. Their edibles and flower selection was great. However their prices were not great. I was informed by the bud tender that their prices were pre tax. When I went to checkout with an 1/8 of flower ($40) a $6 root beer and $2 lighter. The total was $63 after they applied tax. That seemed rather expensive to me. I went ahead and nicely paid the $63. Now when I went to leave is the part that REALLY made me upset. Their was not a handicapped button for either of the doors. So I tried to open the door and struggled to get myself and my walker through the door. The girl that helped me offered no assistance with the door. This is the 1st dispensary that I have EVER been to where the employee was NOT friendly. I am 39 years old so I've been in many stores. My suggestion is, find another dispensary to go to in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. read more
