For being in an airport, this food was pretty amazing. My friend and I were stressed in the airport and we just needed some comfort breakfast food, and we had come to the right place. Yesterday, my son's friend went to this location with her little sister. She ordered some wings at 9:30 pm. After waiting for one hour, she was told that they were out. She also was told that she was not going to receive anything in place of them, a discount or anything to make up for waiting an hour for an item they didn't have. She kept the peace about it, but this is unacceptable. It's unfortunate that I keep giving this location a chance and it's an epic failure! I ordered my wings extra crispy and they were prepared less than. I used the woman's restroom and realized that only one sink works and the sink that does work only the freezing cold water works. I expressed this to an associate and apparently this is the norm. We came on a weekend evening for dinner and there was no line + a lot of seating at both the bar and regular table area. Ordered one of their dinner specials, which let us get an appetizer (salad), an entree with a side (cheese steak and fries), and a drink for about $15. We also ordered their wings and crab dip. This is not our average green turtle from the 2000s. The new and improved green turtle is offering so many new goodies. The staff and ambience was super friendly and super clean. The waiters and bartenders was very attentive. All the food that came out was good nothing was bad. I really enjoyed brussels sprouts and the chicken tender still taste the same like it was when I was a kid. I really enjoyed the pasta and the spinach dip.. I planned an after hours work gathering for my co-workers as our corporate office is in the direct parking lot. I chose this place because it was easy to get to and everyone is familiar with the location. I called ahead and spoke to Matt to reserve a table for a party of 15 for Thursday night about a week prior. Reservations are not necessary but, I wanted the table to be ready for our large work group. Pros: There is an open set up for tables and large parties. There are large jumbo screens for sports games baseball, football etc. The restaurant has been newly renovated and they have a separate section dedicated for sports betting. My drink strawberry signature boardwalk with vodka was really good. Cons: There were only 2 maybe 3 servers for the entire restaurant. We never had a dedicated server to take orders however, it was divided amongst whoever maybe passing by. Once several orders were placed it took years for food and drinks to come out to the point where a few of my coworkers had to place drink orders directly from the bar. The service was absolutely terrible that I decided to call the restaurant back to next day to speak to Matt directly. He was appreciative of the feedback and stated he will pass it along to the next GM because he was going to another store. Overall, I was embarrassed that I recommended this restaurant for my co-workers. It was a true disappointment and I will not plan to return. I really like this location but this evening experience pissed me off. Now I'm not new to GT, so I know this is how the kids strips come, not the regular "handheld" strips on the menu. The entrance and restaurant are dark inside, black and different shades of gray, I guess that would be for the benefit of wall to wall TV screens, huge screens, all with sports and no sound. Table lighting was fine. They have a huge bar, and off to the side was a game room with clear doors, which were locked.p Our server brought over drinks quickly. We were slow to order, admittedly. My husband got the cheesesteak sub, I ordered the Buffalo chicken tacos (2), and both came with French fries. The first thing I do is check out the fries. They were barely warm, so they got sent back. There is nothing worse in the potato world than less than hot fries. Since we ordered the sharable 3 for $25, we chose the mozzarella cheese sticks. What a pleasant surprise! They recently updated to them and a better marinara sauce, just fantastic. Service was ok, nothing exceptional. It seemed like there was only 1 server for the entire room, which probably caused long pauses to services like getting boxes for leftovers, another wait for a bag, and getting the bill... Restaurant was pretty empty. We went on a Wednesday night. Service was quick. We originally got a peach tea but the tea was unsweetened and it didn't taste good. We got a peach lemonade which was somewhat better. But it could have used more flavoring. As far as food we had buffalo dip and pow pow shrimp for an app. They were good. However you don't get much buffalo dip. Way more chips. I enjoyed my Chesapeake burger which is what I always get. My god daughter got Cajun pasta but she wasn't a fan. I thought it was alright. I did hear a group of other patrons in their ugly holiday sweaters asking how long it would take to get their drink orders filled, which is when I decided to cut bait. This was not the staff's fault. I went here on Football Sunday. There was a bit of a wait however soon as a table was available the hostess at the door showed us to a table. we sat at a high top kinda in the middle of the busy restaurant. It was super crowded considering football was on so that was expected. Took a minute for our server to come over again, with the crowd that large. I was patient.
