Only found out my tenants were not renewing the lease through my lawn guy. When I found out I called and emailed several times to no response. Opted to sell the house, although I would love to continue renting they completely lost my trust. When selling they failed to enforce the clause in the lease allowing showings even when the tenants were still occupying the house. Zero contact for months, but collected their cut anyway, then gave the tenants their entire security deposit back despite damages, and it's irrecoverable. Very disappointing. May be very good if you're in the area and can keep an eye on them, but if you're PCSing or moving out of state, beware.

James, came promptly after our phone call with Christina and he gave us two window air conditioning units to help cool our home down. I was informed that their property, Mallard Cove, had an opening for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and decided to pay the property a visit. I was greeted by the Manager with a warm smile and given all the information about the apartment, as well a tour with her in one of their model apartments. She was knowledgeable and helpful and ensured that she could make the transition pleasant. I took the application and my MIL filled it out that day. The next day I returned the application and was greeted wih the same warm friendly smile by her and her assistant, Alex I think. I called the next morning and to my surprise was not given the run around and was told she was approved and could come in and do the paperwork and tour her new apartment. The management there made the entire experience pleasant and easy. I would refer this property to anyone seeking a well maintained complex with good on site management.
