The service was great, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the seafood was fresh. Any time we requested modification in the entree or appetizer, our server always ensured the kitchen carried the request out. Drinks were refilled promptly when it was half way empty. My youngest daughter who despises meat ate her tenderloin steak all by herself and did not have one complaint. We even celebrated me and my daughter's birthday on the last dinner here. I also can never complain about "free" food- so truly a 5/5. But since I am here to be an honest yelper, let's dive into the details! We were able to dine here twice during our stay, and were able to get reservations only by booking a day in advance- it's not a place you can get into last minute, at least during the busy season- and that goes for all of the restaurants on the property. The staff was BEYOND amazing, truly so kind, helpful, considerate, professional, everything I would hope for and more. We were celebrating my birthday and they sang a wonderful song and remembered us the second time we came back- a few days later. We had a few hits and a few less-exciting dishes when we visited, so I will touch on those. We came back a second time because of the Octopus. He had it two different ways, and My fiance raved about it, a total hit. I tested almost every caesar salad on the property and this one was my favorite. The strawberry jelly dessert with whatever that crumbly stuff was- a big yes from both of us! They unfortunately didn't have it the second time and that may have been a big reason we returned- so bummer! But good to know that stuff is made fresh and therefore runs out. For the less-appetizing dishes- the cauliflower. If you look at my photo of it, it truly was just a slab of cauliflower- slightly undercooked and underseasoned. There was a sweet potato puree and a coconut milk drizzle, all so creative, but ultimately lacked flavor. Skip this one. The carrot cake looks like it has evolved over the years when I look at other yelpers photos, ours was unfortunately prettier than it was tasty. I would transport back here in a heartbeat if given the chance though! Oh and the WINE!! Enjoy!

I did try a few steak and pork options since I was there, but found that those options were too fatty for my liking, so I just stuck to the salad bar the second time around.
