I even questioned whether the restaurant had changed ownership because the difference in service and quality was so noticeable. I was told it hadn't, but there was a new manager whom I had actually seen at the restaurant. Despite all of that, my family insisted we give it another chance because they love one particular meal. I refused to order, pay, or pick it up--and sure enough, they forgot the salad dressing (again!) and another part of the order was incorrect. When I called and asked if someone could deliver the missing items I was met with attitude once again. Tonight, we gave them yet another chance, and, surprise, two of our pasta orders were wrong. On top of that, the food simply doesn't taste as good as it used to. I'm really not sure what happened, but between the menu changes, our favorite items disappearing, repeated mistakes, and consistently disappointing customer service, I'm officially done.
