They all go above and beyond to make my children feel welcomed, valued, and part of the dining experience. The kids meal options are large portions so my 11 year old is satisfied. It comes with ice cream! All kids leave happy! Great beer selections. Specials that change every week. My husband claims they have the best French onion soup. Spinach and artichoke dip is amazing. I've never had a bad meal there. It's a sports bar too so whatever game you want to watch, they will put on for you (thank you for putting on the semis for World Juniors hockey!) Plenty of TVs to catch all the games without it being intrusive. If I could give it more stars, I would. We go here every week after the kids play hockey. we went on Easter Sunday when the place was nearly empty, we asked them to disregard the 3 sips of a drink we had left over when the bartender snapped and said you can all get the f*** out....we all work in restaurants and we didn't think he was serious when he said you can all get the hell out he then said it again. we said it's not that serious and you can just throw away our drink and we'll order a bunch through you...he then told Us no leave and we did....he undeniably lost 10+ drink of business and was insanely rude especially considering what this place has been through in the past. I was so impressed with my meal at Riley's the other night. I ordered the fuhgedabout it sandwich which has pepperoni, chicken cutlets, mozzarella cheese and was covered in vodka sauce in between two pieces of garlic bread. It was delicious. Cutlets were breaded perfectly and everything on the sandwich paired amazingly well. We ordered nachos to start, they were also delicious but I wouldn't get them again, nachos are never my go to but for some reason I was craving them. Service was great and our waitress was super sweet and attentive! I was really shocked by the quality of food and service here and will 1000% be back. read more

We were visiting the area for a wedding & found this place for dinner. We chose it because not only did the main menu look promising but they had a good variety on their kids menu. Our server, Joann, made our experience 10/10. She was lovely to our daughter & to us. She was decked out in festive attire to go along with the tasteful holiday decorations. The food was ready in a timely manner & everything was delicious. My husband & I both ordered burgers. Every time we both order burgers, I always find mine undercooked...but that was NOT the case here. Both of our burgers were cooked exactly how we asked & they were very delicious. They were seasoned nicely and it was obvious they were not just frozen patties slapped on a bun. All of the fixing a were fresh and the fries were also very good. My husband had the 'special' fries with queso & bacon and he thought they were awesome. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. This place is a gem. The food/ service is top notch. Riley's is great high quality neighborhood bar. Families go in during the afternoon/early evening to enjoy a good meal/time. Ignore the Review by Sheri O. I was there. She made a scene after trying to not pay for her drink. Started calling the staff trash , and losers with no job, and proceeded to fight with the patrons "F U...FU". (while families/children were there) Called the whole bar "Democrats?" Overall not the classiest behavior. Shook up the staff who acted professionally the entire time while trying to speak to this person who was acting like a lunatic. We were part of a 14 group party and driving to the place for the first time, I questioned if the place could even fit 14 people. I am exaggerating but it's a small place. Funny enough, another large group was also in the dinning room so this is a great place to have a reasonably priced experience for a large party. The service was fantastic and was very attentive. I would have grabbed a drink if they had more of a wide selection but it was more focused on craft and IPA's which isn't my cup of tea. I was also disappointed that the Bavarian pretzel came in 4 logs instead of a pretzel shape. One dip I questioned, where it tasted like vanilla frosting. It was very good by itself, but on a pretzel? Not so much. I had the fuggetaboutit sandwich. Honestly I was underwhelmed with the flavor. But I loved the fries. So good. My kids pizza was similar to frozen pizza. I wouldn't recommend. But luckily it was paired with those great fries. Their burgers came with great praise and their spinach and artichoke dip was well presented and good. Overall it was a good experience, If given the chance, I would opt for a hamburger instead. read more

Very good Pub Burgers and also very good choice of sandwiches with ample portions of fries, crisp and tasty. I was treated very rudely. I was overcharged and when I confronted staff about the overcharge they told me I should call my bank. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Then they made a scene with some of the other staff members and had patrons get involved and asked if they saw me pay my bill. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will never go back there. First time here and it was very good. We wanted a quick bite and to stay local When we got inside it is comfortable and welcoming. We were seated and drink orders taken promptly. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very personable and you could tell she enjoys her job. Food did not disappoint. We had a pretzel app (huge) and some nice sandwiches. They were happy to substitute a wrap instead of ciabatta, no problem. In and out in under An hour, but never rushed. It has a weird sized lot and not many street options so parking was a challenge even midweek. I would add that there is a door in the back near our table where people came in and out and it was a cold night so the occasional chill burst was a little unsettling. I tried their dip burger today and was blown away by the flavors! Nestled on a buttery brioche bun is a super juicy 8oz burger (med rare ofcourse) topped with thinly sliced prime rib, melted mozzarella, and sauteed onions with a side of au jus...I took it a step further and added delicious sauteed mushrooms and everything was cooked/prepared perfectly and literally melted in my mouth! Kind of unassuming on the outside but a wondrous skylit space inside, spacious and clean, with a great bar, a great crowd, and screens with live sports visible from any seat. The food is inventive, fun, and just immensely satisfying, probably the best pub grub I've ever had. If ever there was a day to sound the six star alarm, today would be that time. If writing Yelp reviews was for employees, Joanne would be worth it. My brother found this location and kept pressuring me to check it out with him. "Riley Fibbers" name is funny, but they are doing serious things. They have limited parking in the front and back of the building. It's a bar that's not hard to miss. It's red and new. I was impressed with the black tone thought the facade as well. Inside was more impressive, with its modern, dark color look. The seating was comfortable and the bar was large. The bartender was beautiful and friendly and than there was our waitress, Joanne. A beautiful soul with more energy than a 10 year old. Joanne was a promoter, crowd pleaser, and comedian, all wrapped into one. Her goal was to win peoples respect first and serve them second. We joked before the meal, after, and while we were leaving. Well I can go one about Joanne for hours, but this review is about "Riley Fibbers." They played great music in the background and had enough TV's for sporting events. Once we got settled in we ordered appetizers. Now let me go on record saying these were the best cheese fries in New York! You heard me! I didn't say local, I said State of New York. They had a blend of cheeses, caramelized onions, and bacon on top of seasoned French Fries. If that doesn't get you going I don't know what will. Those fries disappeared in seconds and Joanne asked if we were satisfied. We all laughed as she prepared to bring out the main course. When she put the plates down she said she'd be back for a report, so it was important to try everything. My burger was excellent! I loved the blue cheese and mountain of bacon. My mashed potatoes were delicious as well. I'm not a fan of gravy, but the one they make there was worth a pour. My brother had the turkey BLT. The turkey was slow cooked and topped with, you guessed it, bacon. The sandwich melted in his mouth, or so my brother described. The sweet potato fries were also legendary. The maple sauce they used also deserved mentioning. I couldn't believe how amazing everything was. Joanne explained that everything is always cooked this way. They have the same cook in the kitchen. I guess it's not to hot, because that gentleman makes magic in there. I have no choice but to return. I need to try other items on the menu. More importantly, I made a promise to Joanne. Like I said, she promotes and will not rest until I become a regular. "Riley Fibbers" has a funny name, but their serious about great staff and amazing food. read more

This place is great. Looks a little weird being the whole building is a bright red but the food is great along with having a large list of beers on tap. I got a French onion soup to start which was one of the best French onion soups I've had in a long time. I also got the fuhgedabout it sandwich with the sweet potato fries and boy was I impressed. I also tried the skirt steak sandwich which was also to die for. I can confidently say that after eating both of those sandwiches that all of the food here is going to be great. read more
