What a super cute inviting interior with innovative drinks to satisfy your caffeine needs. Currently sipping a doubleshot Cinnabon latte and it's making this noisy train ride so much more bearable. The outside looks extremely welcoming and after walking in I was greeted right away. The man and women working were both super sweet and extremely friendly. They helped me pick out a specific coffee, and I got the iced s'mores latte. The coffee was 10/10, it was perfectly sweet and tasted very good. The inside of the store was very cozy and the music helped add to the vibe. I had to stay there for a while because my car was getting inspected down the block but I had a great time staying there. It's a very cozy, well decorated place, and I would highly recommend it. It's definitely the best coffee shop I have ever been to. read more

Horrible customer service!!! I arrived 15 minutes BEFORE closing time and the employee slammed the door in my face and turned the sign around that said "Closed". I heard great things about this coffee shop, but after that type of treatment, I will NEVER give them my business!!! Unbelievably RUDE, and there was still 15 minutes until closing!!!! For a small, local business, it's not a very good idea to turn customers away!!! I'm not allowed to give zero stars, but it should get zero stars!!! read more

Ordered an iced caramel latte, it was the worst coffee I have ever had. They don't even have oatmilk, almond milk or skim milk. Then once I got my 7 dollar coffee it was 98 percent milk and 2 percent coffee. I couldn't even drink it because it tasted like chemicals. read more

I LOVE this coffee shop! The Grind House is located on Stewart ave in Bethpage on the corner closest to the train station. I found out about this place through a fundraiser with the Croatian-American Culture Club at St John's University. It's nice to see small businesses supporting community events. There are multiple speciality lattes to choose from such as the rainbow cookie, ferrero rocher, caramel apple (flavor of the week), reese's cup, pumpkin spice, and creme brulee. The menu also contains matcha tea, hot tea, icea tea, chai tea, and customizable cold brew and hot coffee. There is limited seating inside with modern artsy decor around. I really enjoyed the ferrero rocher lattee! I chose mine to be hot instead of cold. The flavor was great and something I haven't seen before. The workers were kind and handled the large crowd from the fundraiser well. This place definitely has instagramble coffee with their speciality options on the menu along with tasty iced and hot coffee as well. I am looking forward to trying more flavored lattes. read more

Been wanting to try this coffee shop for sometime now, especially there very popular Croffles that I've seen throughout Instagram. I was really disappointed with my first time visit. When I got there, the guy working behind the counter told me they were out of Croffles so he would have to make more and it would be a few minutes wait... I was fine with that I had some time before needed to go back to work. I wish he would have warned me or let me know especially being a first time customer that when the croffles were warmed the strawberry/ cream one would melt. I was under the impression I was a custard with thicker consistency but it was regular whipped cream that immediately melted. My matcha latte was extremely over concentrated.
