She told me it would be several weeks before he could come out and asked if that was OK with me and I assured her that it was. She told me she would call a week before to let me know when he was coming. She did exactly that. Tim arrived within 10 minutes of the time he said he would be there. He serviced our lawn tractor, our push mower, my tiller as well as our Weedwhacker. The work was done impeccably. He made no masses.
