    After Giuseppe worked on it

Giuseppe did a fantastic job on my shower. I had a handyman re-grout about a year ago and mold developed and the silicone was separating from the wall (See 'BEFORE' pictures). I had another Grout company come and they told me that it needed to be silicone but I was facing a mess of silicone. Giuseppe worked on the shower, cleaned all of the grout and literally talked me through different options and ultimately landed on grout. It was totally the right decision. It looks literally brand new (See AFTER pictures). He is very dedicated, hard working and wants to make sure the clients are 100% happy. Highly recommend.

Giuseppe did a fantastic job, found a cost efficient solution for us, finished ahead of schedule, would use him again in a heartbeat

I would give this place 100 stars if I could! I found Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath when searching…read moreonline for nearby places I could visit to compare prices to a quote I had already received from elsewhere. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! This is by far the longest review I have ever written. But they are by far one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with so I have to share this information!

Thanks to Jamari's assistance we identified the perfect tiles (and grout) in no time at all. She even spent time on her day off to make sure our order was squared away. Very nice store, very nice people and very nice tiles!

I would stay away from this location, or maybe the associate? Not really sure where the issue is,…read morebut it has been very frustrating working with Rachmire and their incompetence has now delayed our work by over 2 weeks. We went in to the Wayne location about 2 months ago to pick our new bathroom tiles, where we were assigned Rachmire - we went in with a vision, so didn't really get any help in terms of picking our tiles/design/material etc; therefore there we didn't get any sort of consultation. After we left, Rachmire contacted my husband multiple times in a span of a couple of weeks nudging him to submit the order while everything was in stock. Once we aligned with the contractor, we decided to finally do so. Rachmire confirmed that everything was in stock at the time of purchase so we went ahead and submitted the order. To our surprise, right after placing the order, we were told the shower tiles were actually NOT in stock, and would be delayed until end of June. The order was placed in April, and the contractor is standing by to start the work. After my husband called to complain about how it makes absolutely no sense that she flat out lied on the availability of the tiles, Rachmire then calls our contractor without our knowledge, demanding to know why he isn't starting to work on the rest of the bathroom. Completely innapropriate and our contractor was caught by surprise, saying he has never had a sales associate call to demand explanation on his work schedule. We kept pressing for her to reach out to other stores to see if anyone else has the tiles in stock, and on Monday we were told one does - the order should be arriving this week. Of course "this week" means Saturday, which was only confirmed after my husband called again to demand an ETA. We are now delayed by another week and unable to move to our new condo any time soon. Between the lies that the tiles were in stock, the inappropriate calling of our contractor to demand and explanation, and the incompetence to ensure another store can fulfill the order, we made the decision to not go back to The Tile Shop and find another store where we can purchase tiles for the rest of our home.

This wide-open store has displays…read morethat let you browse floor tiles by pulling out enormous flat drawers, and check out wall tiles on huge walls that roll back and forth. Both are big improvements on the system some places use, basically big heavy boards with just a couple of pieces on each, all jammed together in a standing rack. The selection at the East Hanover store is large but thanks to that careful display construction it didn't feel overwhelming to me. Joey A. was a big help with finding selections, suggesting size and color options, giving me quotes in email and correcting a box of broken decorative pieces. Also threw me a small discount, thanks man. As with every tile store I've found, only grout is in stock locally, every other d*mn thing has to come from far away and takes 1-2 weeks. Return policy here on non-special orders is full boxes within 15 days. Which of course is impossible, construction schedules never work out that neatly. Anyhow if you have a full box you should keep that ish for repairs when something goes south three years later. Basically ya gotta treat all sales here as final, don't kid yourself otherwise. These guys also will arrange for shower doors and glass panels, all strictly list price and boy those prices are daunting.

I was just driving home when this Blue Standard Tile Van pulls up so close I can't see the front the vehicle, then proceeds to ride my bumper to a red light where there are lot of cars in front of me. The light turns green but it is not a long light so turns yellow before I am close enough to turn and again the van is super close to my bumper and then he proceeds to swerve into the right lane and make a left through a VERY RED RED LIGHT! He is so close to my bumper that he almost hits the back end of my car and then makes the left turn so sharp he almost hits the front of my car. I arrive home shaken as was my child. I call the store to let them know, the manager or owner, not sure who as they would not provide a name, gets on the phone and just says hello with an attitude. I explain that his driver just almost hit me twice on River Road and then ran a red light onto Route 10. He goes oh, then silence and then finally asks if I am okay. I explain that my child was shaken up and it was very dangerous and try to explain the whole situation but he cuts me off and tells me he has listened to enough of my rant. Then in a very "I don't really care" voice says I said I'm sorry which he never did and then said he would speak to them. He was so rude, condescending and unconcerned it was appalling. I can only imagine how they treat you if you have an issue with their products or service. There are plenty of other tile places, I would suggest one of those that actual cares about other people.
