Because of his false accusations, manipulative behavior, and breakdown in communication, I reasonably declined further access to my home. He also refused a refund, claiming the money was already spent, which is unacceptable when work remains incomplete. However, after he finished the job I noticed that the old grout was not removed, the walls of the shower was NOT done at all, there were apparently large parts of the tiles just left with the old grout, and No sealant was put (contrary to what he said over the phone)! When I asked why? He said the quote given is not for such a job (really???) He charged me $325 in CASH - which I paid, and literally after a week or so after my tenant started to use the shower, guess what: whatever materials/color he used started to crack & come out, leaving the shower tiles worse than it was before (SEE PICS below). When I called/texted him (more than 4 times over the course of 2 weeks) he never returned my calls/emails.... I asked for either the job RE-DONE or a refund be issued. NO response whatsoever to date.
