I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute".
