On Friday the 10th, we had the Grout Doctor come to our house for a repeat service. We have had…read morethem twice before for various repairs. This time we had them come to grout our baseboards thru out the entire house and closets. Our house was flooded by Helene and the contractor used a thinner baseboard and we didn't like to looks of it as the tile didn't match up to them. The Grout doctor did a wonderful job! The technician was very neat and efficient. Now we are very happy with what was done. We would recommend them to anyone needing grout work done! A+++

This review covers multiple visits, all had something weird or bad…read more I first called them back in April. Juan gave me a quote, it seemed very reasonable, so I scheduled the regrouting of my shower tile floor. Dave was the guy for the job, he seemed very nice and explained everything, though the last part about "sealing" the grout confused me because if you read anywhere about grout, it always says to seal it after it's dried, but they apparently sealed right after putting the grout in(?). Conceptually that made no sense to me since grout needs to be cured before applying sealer, but I trusted them since they're the professionals. About a month after the job was done, some long cracks were already starting to show. Dave came back, added in some kind of caulking within the corners all through the perimeter, including covering the cracks. Visually looked good. A month after that, a few more tiny cracks started showing, I bought my own silicon caulk to cover those with, I didn't want to even bother calling them for the same end result A few months later, right now, more cracks are starting to show. I won't call them back because I won't go through the whole process, wait 3 days to use the shower, only for new cracks to appear again a month or 2 from now. Clearly something about their process is flawed, but I don't know it and they apparently don't either There was yet another visit to re-grout a different part of my shower floor that I had missed previously. They brought in a woman and she dug out just a tiny bit of existing grout and then covered up what was there with new grout. Took her 10 min or less of work. I called Juan, who appears to be the one in charge of the company, to tell him that Dave carved out most existing grout and I asked why she hadn't and he said he'd have to charge me to send out Dave, because Dave at least seemed to know what he was doing. The woman was very rude and after I said "fine just finish the job as is" she went in and "sealed the grout"(the wet grout, mind you, so liquid on a mushy surface, that makes no sense), and then she urinated in my toilet, which just felt very unprofessional(and gross, to be honest). She was there for 20 min and was about to leave, why use my toilet? The lesson I learned is to not always go with the lowest price

Great Price, excellent service. Charge by the area not by the hour, so they can do the job right…read more I used to hate mopping because of our ugly grout, but now mopping is a lot more fun, and I take more pride in doing a good job to make it last. I thought our floor was clean, just the grout was bad - but after they ran their special scrubber I was embarrassed at how much gunk was just down there. They made great suggestions on better quality cleaning products and sealers to use. I can seriously see a big difference on a daily basis. Thanks Hector for doing such a wonderful job and all your advice. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Some of the best customer service you can get , and that is getting more rare these days. Update 5/20/16: We had our bookshelves rebuilt, which exposed some old tile and grout, and Greg came out and made the old grout match the already upgraded grout. Awesome customer service. He also gave my wife some advice on yearly maintenance we didn't know, which should save us $$$ in the long run.

Time and reliability were critical factors in choosing your business. Sir Grout of Tampa breached our initial service agreement in the following ways: 1. Failure to Provide Agreed Staffing: We were explicitly promised that two employees would arrive to complete the job on the day of the appointment May 28, 2026 at 8:00 am. Sir Grout of Tampa failed to send the agreed-upon team. My notes have Kevin and Nico as workers. The worker that showed up told me that he could not do the work. 2. Unfair Pricing Escalation (Bait-and-Switch): When we contacted the General Manager Michael Miller regarding this staffing failure, he demanded an additional $2,000.00 over the originally agreed price to complete the work. We rightfully refused this sudden, egregious price increase and canceled the job due to your company's inability to fulfill the original terms. Retaining our deposit when this business failed to deliver the promised service--and then attempted to inflate the price by thousands of dollars--is completely unacceptable, unethical, and legally indefensible. My hand notes listed the priority for my quote. 1st Main Bathroom 2nd Upstairs bath grout 3rd half bath and everything else. After several emails and phone call to the owner Brian Fultz and Michael Miller General Manager I have no response about my deposit. I cant believe Brian F. is running for mayor in Sedona, AZ
