I tried everything to get it out, even purchased this special stuff from the vets that it supposedly what people in forensics use to get the blood/protein out of crime locations. Didn't work. Paul showed up, and not only was able to get the smell out of carpet, but also gave me an education as it related to carpet stains and smells and why the over the counter stuff and other cleaning methods didn't, and wouldn't work. The grout was defective or mixed incorrectly. The grout could not be cleaned and started falling out after a few months. I tried working with Chris for weeks and weeks without any success hoping he would review and recommend a fix and take care or the issue.
