He also claimed there was most likely trace levels of asbestos because of the horse hair/vermiculite walls in a late 1800s house...DUH!! They were going to charge thousands just to test the mold, and Im 100% sure they wanted to get the asbestos test done ASAP to lock us into doing all the unnecessary work they wanted to charge us for. The project manager talked about all of this highly sensitive information in front of tenants, and was horribly unprofessional...It seemed like he was doing it on purpose. They try to scare the homeowner into committing to a contract with incredibly predatory terms...so they can take advantage of you!!
