It was a nightmare from the start. The owner came and gave the quote and sounded really great and then he sent a independent Hispanic man and his wife who did a terrible job. They missed places all over and left film marks on the shower walls and floors. I had to argue to get them to return before I would pay and when they came they said they forgot and thought it was done. I expected a professional not a novice since it was a major job (4 bathrooms and all floors). I asked the owner to call and he ignored my request. I paid and less than 6 months the grout in tile in the master shower is literally cracking and breaking away. Left messages and texts with no response. Do NOT use this company. The work they do does not last and they will not stand behind the work to fix any problem. We had mold and cracks in the grout within a year of the work. Our numerous calls and voice messages went unanswered and even calling corporate office did no good - they refused to get involved since franchises are privately owned. We had to hire another company to get the problem resolved since over the counter products didn't work. Warren also was not honest about this warranty when he quoted the job - it is definitely not the 10yr shown on their website - it's more like no warranty at all. My review is just like the other negative reviews. Warren Stone seemed very professional to get the job, but they did not follow through on what they promised and left me in a big mess. I call them on a daily basis only to leave voicemails that go unanswered. After 2 weeks I found someone else to do the work. I have asked via voicemail and email to send me a copy of the latest invoice which I paid. I can no longer pull it from the original email. They did not complete all of the work that I paid for and don't want to make it right. I recommend that you do not bother with these guys. read more

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. At best, they learned their skills via YouTube. To not be able to diagnose an underlying issues from the get-go and essentially putting a band aid on the issue, I Believe they were only in it for the money. And backing their work with a 1 year Warranty only confirms that in my mind. I wish I had done my research before hiring any paying this company for sub-par work I could have done myself. So I leave this review for future customers. Please look elsewhere. You're better off paying for work done by professionals and finding a professional owner who will not brush you off and bully you. Ultimately, I've paid a small price monetarily for crappy work in the grand scheme of things, but wish I could have my time back trying to remedy the situation. I would not recommend The Groutmisth. The owner who initially came out seemed very knowledgeable however the "technician" sent out to do the job was a teenager who told me he had only been doing this for just over a month. Unfortunately, his lack of skill showed and it seems the old grout was simply painted over with the new color. Very messy job- grout was stuck to the face of several of the tiles in my shower and has started to peel off as well. Very dissatisfied. read more

After our previous contractor botched the job, we had The Groutsmith re-grout our master shower and replace the tile on the shower floor. The work was amazing and was done in half the time we thought it would take. Cheryl and Warren are very responsive, honest and friendly, and Craig's work in the shower was professional and thorough. We feel secure knowing our shower is sealed and protected and under warranty with a great company. read more

We had the grout on the tile in our laundry room, guest bath, and master bath all cleaned and re-sealed. They did a wonderful job and literally made the floors look brand new. Very impressed and satisfied with their work. read more

Would not recommend! Please do not use them! Check out their BBB review, not accredited due to thier "F" rating and customer complaints. They advertise a great picture in the coupon clipper magazine, but basically all the do is charge several hundred dollars to paint over the existing dirty grout without even cleaning it up, and it flakes off soon after. They missed a whole section and left black mold on one side of my shower. They were supposed to come back and fix it but never showed up and didn't email me back.
