This is the kind of spot you love to find when traveling. Tons of healthy options and each one guaranteed to be good. I started with some sort of smoothie with cold brew and it was perfection, I was flying high. The sun comes through the windows allowing for tons of natural light, and while it's got a bit of a grab & go vibe, I was comfortable working from here too. A coworking session led to a light lunch here, where I tried the spicy avo toast and loved the addition of chickpeas on top. You'll find lots of good juices, smoothies, bowls, and other natural, fibrous goodies at this spot. Parking was abundant all around, just paid a buck or two to ensure I didn't get a ticket. Another hit for the Omaha coffee passport! I haven't tried coffee from the Grove yet, so I thought I would go for something a little different from my normal order and I got one of their wellness lattes. The barista was super helpful talking to me about which one I would like and she sold me on the Mocha Supershrooms calling it "a healthy hot chocolate". I got it iced and it's delicious - if you enjoy something like a nutty mocha, I would highly recommend. I'll keep coming back to try more juices/food/coffees, if you're looking for somewhere healthy, this is the spot! Hmmmm many thoughts running through my head on this place. Love the aesthetics, the feel, and the whole concept. I want to support this place because it's great. The grove açaí bowl is awesome filled with flavor and lots of ingredients. What I would like to see is more peanut butter and maybe a little less crunch. But for $12 your grabbing a lot of goodness. Personally, as a 21 year old $12 for açaí small bowl hurts my wallet but maybe others find it affordable. definitely want to attempt some of the toast. This was probably my 3rd or 4th time visiting The Grove and as always, it was delicious! The Grove's downtown location is conveniently located on Farnham, where you can easily visit on your way into or out of downtown, or if you live in one of the many apartment buildings nearby. There's plenty of street parking easily available when you visit, and inside has a cute, modern cafe feel. There are plenty of tables if you are working or studying here, and a couch if getting together with friends. The people at the counter were very nice, and after ordering they brought the food and juices over to my table. In the past I tried their acai bowl, which I really enjoyed. This visit I ordered a juice flight and the pesto avocado toast. In the juice flight, you can select 4 juices for $10. I ordered the green supreme, sweetart, wicked rabbit, and main squeeze- the green supreme and main squeeze were by far my favorites! The toasts on the menu are $8, and the avocado toasts are an extra $1, but totally worth it in my opinion. The pesto was delicious, and I can't wait to order it again! I also can't wait to try the spicy avocado toast. If you're gluten-free, there's also a gluten-free toast option available. If you're in the area and thinking of stopping by, you definitely should! Um... it's great. But I don't feel great about it. That's probably because I have trouble sometimes paying for things I can make at home. In this case a $11 juice (actually I bought two, for some reason). And while they were delicious, the decor was super cute (I've noticed Grove driving by several times before actually stopping in) at the end of the day it just doesn't feel great spending $25 for two juices. So even though I consider myself relatively frivolous when it comes to food spending, this didn't really push my buttons. I wanted to rate at a four, but guess this review is up to my own personal tastes and preferences and this isn't really fitting my niche. I walk past the grove on Farnam all the time and finally decided to pop in a grab a juice with my boyfriend. We took ours to go but I couldn't believe how cute it was inside! It really pains to rate it as such, as Omaha is finally catering to some trendy, health-centric, big city amenities and I really want to support both that movement and small businesses in general. However, all new businesses have kinks and The Grove is not an exception. The pro's here are: -The cold pressed juices are delicious and innovative -The decor is modern, Instagramable and the natural light and aesthetic is wonderful. - Clean bathrooms! Always a plus! -Free Wifi -Friendly Staff (at least on most of my visits- one day it was kinda meh) -Parking in this part of DT is only $.25/hr instead of $1.25/hr near the Old Market The Con's: -Expensive EVERYTHING. I understand the rent of downtown, but man, this place is pricey. I can justify it sometimes, but would love for this to be an everyday place, not just a special treat. -The cold pressed juices are $5-9 dollars, pricey for the size compared to a few equal competitors in town -While adorable, most of the seating is wicker and a bit uncomfortable if you plan to stay and work a while - The juices are the highlight here for me, but thus far the menu (like smoothies, acai bowls, chia seed pudding) has fallen short of being worth the price tag. The smoothie bowls were watery. Again, stoked that a cute little juice spot opened in Downtown Omaha, but a little work to be done on the menu items and perhaps the pricing? I've been fortunate to work up the street and get to know the team over the years. I've loved watching this space grow. The store itself is beautiful and the energy they've created in this space makes for an oasis away from the chaos. I order weekly-if not almost daily. My go to's are the Matcha and Chia Hydrator but I enjoy the Garden Grove and Sweetart as well. I regularly order the pesto avocado toast and salads. My husband enjoys the Sweet Jane and Tango. My kids love the smoothies and bowls. At the first sign of any illness-the Flu Shot is my go to and truly works magic! I also suffer from various inflammation issues and the Celery Detox and Y-3 are healthy alternative methods I've turned to for relief. My only request...open in West O! We need youuu!!!! read more

By far the cutest interior in Omaha. Unfortunately, the food is severely overpriced. The açai bowl is delicious... But so tiny. It had so much granola that the smoothie was more of a side. The salad had barely anything in it except lettuce, it was $12 and as you can see in the photo, it was so miniature. We left hungry and disappointed because we spent over $40 to just leave hungry. We also ordered a pressed juice. We both thought it was watered down compared to the juices we've had at other places and at home when we juice.
