This review is about the smoothies being wonderful but also the employees they have created in the environment. At first we just wanted to get two smoothies. My husband has just got out of the hospital and he had other plans. While we were sitting in the lobby he got very sick and had to use the bathroom. If you do not already understand where this was going. There was a mess in the bathroom after.... the employee handled this better than anyone ever could have. She helped us with everything, got us anything we needed, and cleaned up the bathroom while we sat to have a break and enjoy our smoothies. I feel absolutely terrible about this situation and I want everyone to know how well she did handling this situation and I have never felt worse in my life. She told me her name was Clara I believe! Service was fast because there was no one before us. Staff were nice and made our smoothies quick. We got the cross trainer and triple treat smoothie. I really liked the cross trainer smoothie. The triple threat was great too but a little more tart from the berries. Still would drink both. They have a lot of different smoothies to choose from and you can add other things in too. I won't lie I saw the reviews and extremely hesitant coming to a place with 3.5stars. I've had a sucky day and fear that it could get worse with potentially what I was having for a light dinner. What was on my mind was I wanted açai bowl, smoothie, or juice. However, most places in near by weren't opened past 4 PM and I was not able to go far since the fiancé took the car. I settled on to juice stop and wasn't disappointed. The girl behind the counter made my experience extremely friendly, helpful, and positive. I have no idea what she made me cause I told her what I wanted, how I felt, and my likes and dislikes. I love juice stop, probably my favorite smoothies place in town. It is tasty, delicious, and a good treat on a hot summer day. Despite the good quality it has, Juice Stop lacks customer services. Most of the time I came here, employees didn't seem to care. They gave the look that we are bothering them whenever we walked in. Did not greet, did not say anything other than the price, and did not offer the receipt. Seriously, bad attitude. Juice Stop needs to figure out how to resolve the problem or else their customers will come to a different smoothies store. *Service is a hit or miss depends on the day read more

The juice selection and flavors were amazing! My wife and I loved our smoothie. The reason for 3 stars is the service. As we walked up to order, we could tell we were bothering the employee. She actually huffed as she slammed the cash register in front of us. Then proceeded to just stand there and stare at us without a "how may I help you" or anything, just silence. I finally asked if we could order and she said " oh yea" like we were the ones wasting her time. I just expect if you work in service then you force being courteous even when you're having a bad day. Came here on a Monday at 4:30 didn't leave until 5:10. We were the first of a big rush of people and were greeted with distain, about 10 more customers came in over the span of us waiting for our two drinks. The employee at the front was taking orders but not preparing the drinks. However, two of the workers favorite customers from what I have witnessed got their drinks before we got ours, and they came around 15 minutes after. Terrible customer service. My friend ordered their most popular smoothie upon their suggest and found it far too sweet for her consumption. She asked if they would be able to remake the smoothie so that it was less sweet and the cashiers refused. She claimed that there was no manager available and no contact information for the manager. All of us who had come with her tasted her smoothie and were appalled. It really tasted far too sweet, like an artificial flavored concentrate / medicine. It took approximately 20 minutes until she finally gave us a free drink. It should not have taken that long to give a customer the service they deserve. Take your business elsewhere. The first time I went in there I wanted some Juice. I thought for sure they would have some juice. But they don't have juice. Kind of a misleading name. But, I'm not complaining! I have a couple of issues with Juice Stop. While I've never had service that was outright rude, it's been apathetic at best. Life's a shit sandwich for all of us, kids, so get hungry! I can forgive poor service for a good product, but Juice Stop is lacking there as well. Oh, sure, their smoothies are delicious. In fact, I made my first visit after my coworker gave me a taste of his smoothie. But why do we get smoothies instead of milkshakes? Because we think they're healthy. If you check out their menu, more than half of Juice Stop's smoothies are made with sherbet. I love the smoothies here. The smoothies are delightful and there are tons of different options to choose from. You also have the options of adding different blends to your drink. When I start getting sick I always go and get a smoothie with a wellness blend and I feel like it really helps. I took off one star because I feel like the employees normally have major attitude and today was the first time out of many visits that I finally had a friendly person and I was happy. I shouldn't be happy to FINALLY get friendly service though, friendly service should be the norm. The employees usually act like you are bothering them. I first came here because of the location. I am glad they are here because there really isn't room in the Old Market for a T&W competitor. I liked using my PinPoiint because otherwise the price is intimidating. I get the same Mango smoothie everytime. I know I should expand my tastes, but damn. It is very tasty and really refreshing. Love to come here for the smoothies but the employees are unfriendly and border on rude. My family came in today and as we walked in we were not even greeted by the young ladies working behind the counter. In fact, they seemed annoyed that they had to stop their scowling long enough to take our order. I had been craving a smoothie for my light dinner when I stopped here and was not impressed. The 2 workers did not seem very knowledgeable on what there was to offer. There are no veggie smoothies, only overly sweet sounding fruit and yogurt ones. I ordered a berry smoothie, do not recall it's exact name, with spinach ($1 extra). It turns out they were out of spinach and could only offer carrot or celery to add instead. Stopped in 8/12/15 downtown Omaha around 3:40 and the two girls working were pretty rude. I had attempted to make a friendly comment by saying, "Wow it's really quiet in here.." The gal cashiering sarcastically responded in a snide way by saying, "I can turn on the juice machine for you if you'd like...". It was my first time stopping in, so I clearly didn't know exactly what I wanted and needed a few minutes to decide. They both seemed completely annoyed. Didn't mean to ruin their day. Too bad, the smoothies are good, but I didn't expect to leave feeling insulted. Incidentally, a coworker of mine says she has had similar experiences with the staff when she visits the same downtown location. No thanks Juice Stop, I'll pass next time.
