The perfect treat on a hot summer's day! We are visiting for my son's baseball tournament and wanted something healthy to cool us off after the game. The Açaí bowl was delicious! They were getting ready for a staff meeting and I believe I was speaking with the owner when she said that they have been open for a year and they work with the step-up program. Best smoothie in Omaha. I used to live in Austin and had a smoothie place (Juice Land) that I went to weekly and after moving away I could never find something similar in a few other states. Found this spot a few weeks ago. It's family/women/black owned and FANTASTIC. Don't spend your money on trash smoothies at chains when you could be sent on vacation with one sip from Ital Vital. They offer protein additions too for a great stop after a workout. Bright and cheery inside too if you were looking for somewhere to get some work done. This place is bright and open with some high top tables and a section with comfy seating. We were greeted by the friendly staff and given a run down of their options. I didn't realize they had such a variety! Juices, smoothies and bowls. Everything was reasonably priced between $10-$12. They also had candles, stickers and more. Ended up getting the Red Dragon and Dubai smoothies. They were both delicious! The Red Dragon had mango, dragon fruit and raspberry drizzle. So good, it reminded me of sorbet. The Dubai had strawberry, banana, chocolate and pistachio butter. The mix made it taste like a chocolaty peanut butter and jelly! They offer a punch card and after you fill it up you get $5 off. What a wonderful experience! Formally located in North Omaha, the new location on Cass is more centrally located and offers great access that includes dedicated parking with handicap accessible spots. I was pleasantly greeted by the Ital Vital staff who were kind enough to tell me about the beautiful prints available for sale, also the mural an artist inside the store. The ladies were kind enough to inform me that all of their ingredients are organic and skip all processed foods that have become so prevalent in our society. The shop was busy with a pretty high traffic amount of to go orders.There is nice seating available where you can have a drink and relax with a book or a laptop and stay for a while. I had an opportunity to talk with one of the other guests who just ordered a smoothie and shared that they are a frequent customers at this shop; I took their lead and tried their current smoothie special, the Dubai, which was fabulous! Everything that was being prepared was done beautifully. There are also fabulous juices and handmade chocolates which looks so inviting that I ended up taking one home - and hiding from everybody else! I cannot wait to go back again, as well as share this shop with friends and family! A must stop and such a much better way to satisfy your appetite than less healthier alternatives. read more

I first came here last year for a Yelp week event and had a chai latte that was divine. I saw on their Instagram page today (2/6/26) that for Bob Marley's birthday they were offering the Bob Marley smoothie for $5. I had to get one because not only is that a great price, it's a yummy smoothie too! It had pineapple, mango, raspberry, and spirulina. It was so good, I wanted more but it was the perfect amount. The girl working was so sweet and welcoming! I love how colorful and vibrant the shop is, they really brought a fun and bright point to this dreary February day. Ital Vital is such a cute little shop, with amazing juices, and I love that they're local! The ambiance and decor is great, with bright colors, a plethora of seating options, and an adorable mural. The person working behind the counter was so nice and welcoming when we popped in. She made sure we found a flavor we liked. And speaking of flavors, I loved their flavors of juices on offer. Some juice places have more complicated flavor mixes that can muddy the overall taste, but not Ital Vital! They have flavors and mixtures I could clearly see on the bottle and that sounded (and tasted!) great together. I grabbed the Cherry Limeade juice flavor in the shop, and it was SO GOOD! Refreshing, tart (but not too tart), and flavorful! We also grabbed a few other flavors to purchase and take home for later, since the one we tried first was so good. My favorite of our take-home options for later was the Mani-Moni! Pineapple and orange mixture - so simple but so tasty. With the great juice, wonderful staff, and the adorable interior, it's a place I'll definitely return to! read more

It was a very unique experience coming into this place! They had music playing and a few people selling a variety of different arts. We came in around 2:30pm and at that point, most of their smoothie items were already sold out. When asked, the staff said that they usually sell out within the first 2-hours of opening. The only options that they had was the Dubai chocolate, peach slushie, and mimosas. If you wrote down your name, number, and email, they gave you your smoothie for free, which was nice! read more

I was first introduced to this place via a Yelp event so I was passing by and made another stop so I could get another couple punches on my card and give a small business some business. I got a Chai drink, a Matcha drink and a Golden Paradise Smoothie Bowl. All were delicious!! The bowl in particular was very large with generous toppings and a wonderful flavor. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. The interior is very cute with lots of seating. Would be a nice place to catch up with a friend or just read a book (or study). I am really excited that they will be at the Sunday Aksarben Farmer's Market nearly every week and look forward to trying more of their juice blends throughout the summer! read more

I had the pleasure of trying Ital Vital living last week thanks to yelp and loved my cherry limeade juice! It was so refreshing and not too sweet/sour. There was a variety of juices to choose from, each having different health benefits. The gal working the front was so welcoming, answered my many questions and said everything is freshly squeezed each morning so that could determine what they have available each day.
