Excellent customer service! They dropped off the bounce house a little early, with my permission, and picked it up right on time. The kids enjoyed the extra time they had in the bounce house. The bounce house was clean and they sanitized it again after they set it up. I will definitely use this company every time I need a bounce house and would highly recommend them to anyone!

So no, a full refund was not offered. Also, I never asked for the inflatable to stay overnight as my party was over at 5:00 and there was no one left to enjoy it. To use that as a "generous offering" that had no benefit is ridiculous. When I received the call that they were pulling up, I went outside to wave them in to the spot that was available, however they had already parked down the street. I would have showed them where they could park. When the delivery guys came up to the house I told them where they could pull in, plenty of room, however they said no, they would stay where they were. I find it hard to believe that traffic and parking down the street caused a 2 hour delay. Once the delivery guys arrived, they had everything set up quickly , even with parking down the street and hauling their equipment, which again, they didn't need to. I find I disappointing that rather than just owning that your service fell short, you are choosing to be dishonest instead

It is unique, cute and mobile (easily placed at the venue). I liked that the photo booth is spacious, and there are no strange colored lights that some photo booths use - the ones that make people look like aliens! Included in photo trailer rental: Full service package allowed us to customize the photo strips with our names and wedding date. The service came with plenty of props as well as a beautiful bamboo cover photo book. I was thankful that the photo booth was staffed, as the attendants ensured that guests were using the booth correctly. They also securely adhered photo copies in our photo book and reminded guests to write a message (especially helpful when it comes to intoxicated guests). Additionally, we received a high quality online gallery! I was easily able to save it as a Google Photos album. Website/communication: Can be a bit confusing. The photo bus and photo trailer website (idahophotobus.com) is separate from their standard photo booth website (treasurevalleyphotobooth.com). Website is not updated (converted horse trailer not listed, photo bus page states "we are currently reserving dates November 2018 through 2019") and can be hard to navigate. Communication 100% Reliability 100% THE BOUNCER 100% I was reserving the bouncer from out of state for my grandsons birthday in Idaho. I had zero issues and Dustin was AMAZING!! The bouncer we wanted wasn't available but the one we got, the kids were in it until pick up time. Everyone had a blast and with the water option it was heaven given the heat. The adults were able to dunk and cool off, this kids were in it constantly. Amazing. Please if you're looking for a place to rent a bounce this is the place to use.
