The third time I booked, was a charm, we floated! This was my first float so I was excited to try it. I enjoyed the experience of floating, after a while, I was able to get into a meditative state. Yay, relaxation. The Flo (the business) could use a little tlc - some small attention to detail would go a long way. Some examples: we were instructed to put in ear plugs for the float, my room was out. We were instructed to shower before, my shower was out of body wash and so low on shampoo and conditioner, none came out when I pressed the button. We were provided one towel that was thin and looked like it had been used (super wrinkly). The floor was covered in salt stains and no mats were provided so the floor was slippery and wet and hard to really dry your feet before getting clothed. I know, I know, wrinkled towels don't really make or break a float but it did make me wonder how well the tanks are maintained for cleanliness if such little attention is given to smaller obvious concerns. I found myself worrying about the cleanliness of the tanks while I was floating and that interrupted my "flow". We all know that "ahhh" relaxing and comforting feeling of walking into a spotless, comfortable space and that's what is missing at the Flo and why I will float again but at a difference spa.

I stood around for a while waiting to see an employee. No luck. I tried opening the door again. Nope. Definitely locked. So I walked around for a while to see if maybe an employee was in the restroom. I gave it time, returned, and the door was still locked. I called the shop. No one answered. I left a message asking to reschedule. No one ever returned my call. I've floated here multiple times in the past and always enjoyed my experience, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning or recommending this business any longer.

She is gentle, thorough and so accommodating! For some ladies, laser treatments can be a little more uncomfortable when it's that time of the month. Melissa will reschedule your appointment for you. She will also apply the proper laser setting based on your level of comfort as well as how far along you are in your treatments. I have seen a reduction in underarm hair since I started my treatments. Next I am working on brazilian. I also just saw Mary Ann today for a facial. She is new to the OWM team but has lots of experience. It was amazing! Very attentive, does extractions, and massaged while the peel and gel mask was sitting. I have also tried their yoga wall in the past (once), and I enjoyed it. I'd like to try it again but it is a little pricy for a session. I recommend keeping an eye out around the holidays because they do gift card specials! Buy a certain amount and get some $$ added for free!

I prefer a quieter experience when I enter my yoga space, but that's me. The class itself was hatha so I wasn't expecting an experience where i would be dripping sweat, but this was a very gentle class...yes you can deepen the postures as you need to, but that was challenging when there were so many people in the class that we had little room to accommodate. There is a really beautiful alter that adds a lot to the atmosphere, along with plenty of props for use. There was restrooms and changing areas available as well.

Michael, the owner is a knowledgeable teacher and often brings in new practices from the conferences / etc he attends. There's signs on the ceiling of the main studio that remind you to "focus" and "smile," and the smaller details add a nice touch that demonstrates that a lot of care was put into making this a welcoming environment. The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because there is definitely room to make this place more homey and welcoming. I would suggest: a) Free tea, free mat rentals, a free class every now and then, just some perks. Maybe I like free stuff a little too much, but I think this place could benefit from being more generous to its regulars (they do deals on LivingSocial every now and then) and getting the community more involved.

At 46 and with a torn ACL, I am all about treatments that fight or slow down inflammation. After hiking almost 12 miles today, I felt like I needed a sauna and cold plunge. Happy this location is so close by - right next to Moe's and in the vicinity of Target - but the website is sparse. You can book certain packages but there is no information about anything else - the history, the science, what to wear, what to expect. Nothing on the site. Yes, I did get some information via text, but I had to prepare for this on my own. The Lab is just one room in a beauty/hair/salon space. The instructions to get inside were very specific but easy to follow. I booked a short 20-min session to try out the sauna and cold plunge. What baffles me is that the Lab/room is completely unstaffed and with zero directions. I did sign a waiver online, but what happens if someone does slip getting in or out of the tub? Or passes out in the sauna? Or just needs help? Whom do we call or contact? Also, if someone is truly new to the experience, there is zero information in the room about how much time to spend in the sauna (although there was a sign with recommend minutes for the cold plunge). My legs and knees absolutely feel better at the moment and I credit the combo of Aleve + chiropractor + cold plunge. But I don't really understand why this business has so little information available and how they will actually keep people safe.

My regular doctors just kept telling me that nothing was really wrong and wanted to prescribe pain pills and anti-inflamatory medication. I refused to take that for an answer. They looked deeper into WHY I was feeling this way. They got to the root of the problem. I was having 'toxic overload', which apparently almost everyone has - especially by my age. I went through a cleansing system with some therapies (including colon hydrotherapy and energy work) and used their recommended supplements. They COMPLETELY educated me helped me every step of the way. I feel fantastic and am confident in my health! I will continue to use natural healthcare whenever I can and can only pray that someday my insurance will cover it.
