This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

I got their Spa Wellness package which included a massage(I chose the hot stone massage), a wellness facial, manicure and pedicure. The massage therapists are great, they really focus on relaxation and comfort. All the other employees are also very helpful and warm. It's located in the basement of the Marriott fallsview hotel, and the hotel itself is so nice, you see a gorgeous view of the falls from the hotel lobby when you enter. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

I got to experience a couple of the facilities at this place this past Friday at a self care happy…read morehour event that was being held . First up was the salt cave experience , which I found relaxing and rejuvenating (once I figured out how to recline my chair ) . Next was the hand and foot detox - you put your hands and feet on these heated Salt lights and just sit back and relax . The hands felt good , but my feet got way too hot and it actually burned. Only after the session did I find out that I was able to adjust the temperature (they should have let us know that ahead of time ) . Overall , in addition to a chair massage I purchased for $1 a minute, (from another vendor that attended the event ) I had a relaxing evening to treat myself .

The service I receive is always great and I feel welcome when I am inside the business. I also enjoy the gift shop with a whole bunch of unique finds. The salt cave has lots of services which they offer and I'm always looking for a new way to relax. I have even had multiple girls days where we have done the sauna and the foot/hand detox. My mom and me also went for our teeth whitening. I think it's awesome they offer the salt cave for a whole family experience. They welcome my whole family the kids and all ages my youngest is 1 and oldest is 6. They had toys for the kids to play in the salt with and they had so much fun. Not to mention all the benefits they received while not even noticing it at all!! I do highly recommend this salt cave and the experiences they offer.

Brought the family here for some relaxation because they never prioritize it. We did the select 2…read moredeal. 2 treatments out of 5 for 65 dollars per person. We did the salt cave which is 45 minutes of meditation as you relax and smell the salts and take in the good vibes. And we did the hand and foot salts where you place your hand and feet on salt blocks and let the heat and salts absorb into your skin. As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. They prefer reservations FYI.

They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! I highly recommend coming here if you've been curious :) I'll be back next month!
