To me San Angelo Crossfit it has been the best experience on fitness, I just have 3 month being a member and I always learn a lot of new things, I'm so glad I'm getting stronger, to tell how I get there, well before starting at Crossfit I usually attend a gym one of the best here in San Angelo but with time it turns to be boring, because I just hadto go and work my rutine, I had find out myself what do to, I was doing good, yeah many questions, but at Crossfit since the first day I walk in, The coach Jeromy Speciale give the information about what Crossfit is and I felt interested, no one recommended me to go there I just walk in curious and to me was the best decision, I took the Intro Class and I felt great, that first day doing pull ups was so hard, seriously it was a short time but really intense work out I end exausted but I liked it, what I liked more is that the Coach was always explaining very well, movements, positions and all those tips that you need to make your work out better, he always took the time to patiently teach all, and is always there to help you correct and do better everytime, so then I took the Foundations classes that were great, another thing I like about this place is that everybody there is a great person and are always encouraging to each other, so working alone or in teams is always a great experience, to be honest all the Work outs are hard the very first days I was thinking, OMG I wish this to finish soon, but I always keep going that is something that I admire about the member there that no one give up, of course most of them are faster, stronger then I am, but they are great friends and help you to keep going so you know you can do it, and I did, I had done many things that before I wouldn't do or thought I could, for example, rope climbing, that for me looked so difficult, and took me some time to get it until finally one day we were practicing with our Coach and he was explaining well the technique so then I tried and I was going up climbing the rope until I was up 15 feet from the floor, wow!!! I felt so happy when it was my first time, then another day we had to do it I did it again, is really awesome, and I have more examples of things I had been doing better, getting stronger, working hard, sweating, and feeling exausted but all this instead of making me feel like I can't anymore, I actually going for more and more, I know that right now I'm not as high as other in levels, but I'm there working out, having fun, enjoying every work out, learning, getting faster, stronger, feeling good with myself, and feeling encouraged and part of a great fitness community, give a try you will like it :-)
