I of course go to yelp for help and see some good reviews for this specific waffle house and was pleasantly surprised with what I read, so of course we decide to check it out. So here we go. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff who were super friendly and very nice. We were told to sit anywhere we like and our waitress followed us and took our drink order immediately which I loved. The store was pretty busy. There were a couple tables open but definitely busy. We went to the bathroom and it was actually clean. When I went back to the table the waitress had brought our drinks and came right back to take our order. Our food came promptly and was correct and hot. It's waffle house food so as long as you have that expectation you are good to go. Our waitress was prompt took great care of us and we were back in the road quick. So if you like waffle house and are hongry definitely stop at this one and support this location.

Been a huge Waffle House fan for many years. However, after years of hitting up WH all over the country, I had never had a terrible experience until I visited this location. We came in and were seated, 2 waitresses, one sitting down on her phone & the other holding up the counter and watching the cook do all the work. We sat there for a good 15-20 min before any of the staff even acknowledged we were there. We assumed it had been a rough evening, so we patiently waited. We finally got some coffee and some water and then placed our order. We sat there for the next 30 min as several customers got up and left unattended while the cook kept making online orders only. After about 15 orders were bagged and waiting on the counter folks started coming in to pick up the orders they had placed online. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS WRONG! We kept waiting and finally we hear them giving our order to the cook and them throwing it onto the grill. All the while, we never had anyone come back by to give us a refill on either coffee or water. When our food arrived it was in to-go containers, which we didn't mind but thought kinda strange. We grabbed some utensils from over the counter ourselves and began to eat. That's when the manage came running over to tell us we had to go. After all that time of sitting in there, the only time they paid any attention to us was to tell us we had to get out. We hadn't said a word to anyone the whole time we were there. We had sat patiently never bugging the staff because they were all the way on the other side of the restaurant just chilling. We had done nothing to cause any issue at all w/anyone. But they threw us out anyway before we could even take a bite. So we bag it back up and head to the house never to return. The cherry on top was that when we got home we discovered that we didn't even get all of what we had paid for or even ordered. The part we did get was at least 50% wrong. I've always heard folks crack jokes about Waffle House and how nasty it is, but I've always and will continue to be a fan, just not of this location. I wouldn't tell anyone to not go to this location because I'm sure the staff there changes often, so you may have a completely different experience when you go here. However, we will stick to going to the one in Paragould where we always have top notch service and a full cup of coffee!

I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one.
