I came with a friend and witnessed it for my self: my friend was quoted one price by her and when she returned to pick it up she jacked up the price a couple hundred dollars. And fought with us about it; unprofessional to say the least. I wouldn't recommend seeing Lucinda. Although they have beautiful products avoid her! I will say Her staff was very nice , completely opposite of who she is. And for this experience she receives one star.

Shes got sooooo many classes available too, I wish my schedule wasn't so crazy so I could attend one. The whole location is cute and always clean.
