I discovered Salon 718 going to a Foodie meet up with my friends in the same shopping center…read more I have been going to Angela for over a year. I was so grateful to have stumbled upon her Salon. I have been searching for a salon and stylist that truly cares about the health of your hair and who knows how to cut hair properly. Most salons CANNOT cut hair professionally even though they charge you for said "professional cut." Angela will give you an outstanding cut. I firmly believe that my hair grew faster and healthier because of it. My hair was so damaged, tangled and breaking off from hormones and stress. Angela was so sweet and extremely informative about hair health and products. She has a pleasant and gentle energy that transfers to how she handles the service that you're getting. She is honest and gives you all the information regarding your hair as well as how to take care of it "after" the appointment. Every single time I go to Angela my hair looks and feels so healthy, shiny and gorgeous. My scalp feels clean and my my hair has so much body. My style lasts for 7 to 10 days guaranteed when I use a silk bonnet and minimal product. Angela is the best!! She is a hair SAFE salon! :) I don't have a photo but I will update my review on my next visit!

TLDR: Biggest regret of my life. I came in at 12pm and didn't leave until 6am. I came in with…read morehealthy, thick, and long hair, and left with less than half of it. Stylist put my level 9-10 ends in BLEACH BATH, completely ruined my hair. THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY! Expected me to pay $500! The salon owner, Heather, is also a POS. I'm sure these stylists do a good job on other clients, but the way they handled my situation was god awful. For the record: I have only used heat on my hair maybe 10 times within the last 3 years. It had been a year since I last bleached my hair. I had INCREDIBLY healthy hair. No keratin treatments, no nothing. My hair was in perfect condition to be bleached. So 2 months ago, I came here after seeing all the positive reviews about the place. I am extremely picky about who I let bleach my hair as I have a unique hair type and try my best to keep it as healthy as possible. But after a year of letting it grow out, I decided to come to Bleach Please salon. Consultation went great and my stylist was Delianne. I told her I wanted to go as blonde as possible and she told me she could do it. I attached screenshots of the rest of my review as it's too long. Oh and btw, if the salon responds to this saying my review is different than my experience, that's a load of BS. I was balling my eyes out and the only thing I said I was happy with was the color. Give me half of my hair back and you'll get a good review.

Review on Lindsay--I have been to this salon a few times, and every single time I've had to go back…read moreand get something fixed. I never complained publicly before because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was completely different and honestly unacceptable. I went in asking for the exact same color I had the last time after it was corrected previously. I booked a full highlight and root touch-up. I'm blonde with a little strawberry tone and some low lights . Instead, my roots were turned bright red while my highlights came out white/gray and extremely uneven. My roots are still dark in areas as well. I also had my eyebrows tinted like I always do, but this time they came out horrible. When I politely pointed out that my roots looked bright red and my hair looked brassy, the stylist immediately became defensive and tried to tell me "it's the same as last time" and that my "eyebrows are basically blonde." Instead of listening to my concerns, she became aggressive while fixing it by yanking my head and pulling my hair roughly when she attempted to fix it my hair turned out like this ( see photos) it's still no where near good. I left the appointment crying in my car. I recently had surgery and just wanted to feel pretty again, and this experience made me feel the complete opposite. I also want to mention how uncomfortable the salon environment is in general. Every time I've been there, most of the stylists openly talk badly about clients after they leave -- calling women fat, ugly, and tearing apart their appearances. The only person I did not witness participating was a blonde woman with shoulder-length hair. Today, before an elderly client even arrived, the owner, Teresa, was speaking negatively about her to the staff, talking about how she "hates" the client, criticizing her personal habits, and mocking the woman's husband for attending appointments with her. The client even brought Teresa a turquoise bracelet as a thoughtful gift, and after she left, Teresa continued making fun of her for that as well. A salon should be a place where women feel uplifted and confident, not judged and humiliated. I think professionalism, consistency, and kindness matter in this industry, and unfortunately I did not experience any of those things here. They did give me a refund but I am still posting this because even with a refund it's still completely unacceptable and the stylist didn't even apologize for completely messing everything up)
