We had a party of four today and we did the room "Under Pressure". We were greeted quickly and got to the room a few minutes before our reservation. The rules were made clear and the game was well explained by the in person host and pre recorded video. We were told that this was one of the more difficult rooms and we didn't make a lot of progress during the first 20 minutes, but once we got into a rhythm, we began to solve puzzle after puzzle until we were ultimately able to "escape". This is a great thing as I've been rooms operated by other companies that were very convoluted and not explained very well and we'd spend an exorbitant mount of time trying to solve puzzles that were not well thought out or looking at areas of the room which were not meant to be of any help. We even skipped one puzzle because we were able to escape without it... we cleverly circumvented it by maybe reading too much into one aspect of the global key to escape, and the employee that was watching us said that she'd never seen anyone solve puzzle B without first solving puzzle A, so that was kind of cool! And that's not a knock on the design of the room; we just figured that one part of puzzle B meant that we had to do a certain series of steps and we happened to be right and that gave us the information that allowed us to go on to the next step. I've got the bug now and I want to do more rooms and when we do, we're absolutely coming back to this location!

She mentioned that each room was carefully thought out and created entirely by her and her husband. We were in awe as they have about 20 different puzzles in each room! This place is super awesome. We always wanted to check this place out, but we kept putting it off…read moreevery time. My sister and I finally suggested to do it on a Sunday night. The lady on the phone was kind and very helpful in explaining the set up. Tickets are $27 per person and each room has a minimum requirement. If a room has a minimum requirement of 4, you must pay for the 4 over the phone or in person in order to book and hold your spot. You may bring additional people to pay up front, but only up to the maximum number of people. Our first time they suggested misfortune and it was a lot of phone. We came in today and we tried Kidnapped. Both rooms were full of excitement and codes. The kidnapped room is for 5-10 people, so we paid 5 over the phone and 3 others paid in person. They ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the time so that they can go over the rules. Although, $27 may seem like a lot to some people it is well worth it. We have never had as much fun as we had playing together and trying to finish with limited time left. We are excited to check out another room soon! Be sure to look at the website to determine the room that best fits your group size.

I don't understand why they don't just close the room if it's broken. The girl even told us it was broken and they were waiting for parts for it. We never solved the room, nor understood the plot bc they came in so many times to fix puzzles for us or explain to us " you did it right, this was supposed to happen". They felt so bad for us that they gave us the keychain. To be honest I just wish I was refunded or given a different room at that point because I was looking forward to playing so much. I felt like we would have solved the room if we didn't have to use our clues on broken stuff and if things worked like they were supposed to work. Would love to comeback and give it another chance, but I hope they fix stuff first.

We called to try to see what to do, and the man on the phone told us to just call back whenever we got the voucher code. We showed up hoping the code came in time, and we're informed when we got there that we had to book an hour ahead no matter what. We offered to purchase on the spot and we're turned away. Understandable, but we are very sad about this experience. Just wish we could have known more ahead of time. Hope this helps someone else.

Family of Four with not a lot of time, we did a 30 minute Escape room. My recommendation is do the full hour. Great time had by all- we solved the puzzles and were able to escape under the time allotted . Gave 4 stars because never did one to compare to. We all had fun and if in the Frankenmuth area we would stop in again. Here's a tip: if you have kids Under 10 they are free or at least they were the day we went. Also no cameras or photography allowed in room so pictures were from lobby.

This place was awesome!…read more I attended escape room for a work event and enjoyed trying to find my way to freedom! We played the tea room, which had a theme much to do with the queen. It was fun but challenging at the same time! The record for our room was 24 minutes with no clues and 35 minutes with 3 or less. We finished the room in 52 minutes and had no clues. It was really hard but exciting to see how hard and where your brain goes when trying to solve a mystery! They also hosted the event with a lunch (provided by our work staff) but did an amazing job of facilitating the lunch in with the event. We had a lot of fun and it's a great way to get to know people!
