This place is incredible and I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area check it out. One of the owners greeted us and led us through the entire process before and after our escape room game (the Locker Room). She mentioned that each room was carefully thought out and created entirely by her and her husband. We were in awe as they have about 20 different puzzles in each room! While we weren't able to "escape" in our hour slot, we had tons of fun (adults and kids) and are planning on going back to check out other themed rooms. This was our first escape room experience. Warm up puzzles in the lobby were fun and got us ready for the room. The room (Campout) was very well put together, great quality and clean. The game masters were so nice and explained things very well. We played the game well, the hints given were very helpful without telling us exactly what to do. We ended up making it out! Our 5th grade Girl Scout troop is enjoying the Motown themed escape room. I'm a parent opted to watch instead of participate and boy I'm glad that I did. This is hilarious. They have used 1 clue and have 28 minutes left. This room is designed to be fun and not scary in any way. The staff is helpful and considerate going out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued. They are making sure everyone is having a good time. The facility is clean, maintained, and cared for. This was the best birthday party that my son has ever had! We had a group of 9 with 7 of us age 11 and under. The experience starts out in the lobby - you solve puzzles to get extra time in the rooms. The kids enjoyed solving them and it helps get you in the mode for game. I was the only person in my party that did not go in to play the game we chose and the owner very graciously took me into the control room and had me watch on the cameras. Let me tell you - it is just like watching the escape room shows on tv! There were so many things for the kids to work on! It was hilarious watching them try and solve the puzzles! I can not recommend this place enough. Cost wise It was on par with other kids parties and the popular bouncy places but WAY more fun! We will definitely be going back! Escape Rooms are so much fun! A few people I know have this idea that it is like a haunted house or something. This is a live action game of Clue! People assume you have to be good at brain teasers or riddles to do an escape room, but that is not the case. Escape Rooms are all about observation and communication! We had been to other Escape Rooms, but Think It Out had a few touches that make it stand out, and now we can't wait to go back and solve another room! One of the first things I liked about this place was the lobby puzzles. There are 3 puzzles, and for each on you complete, you earn an extra 2 minutes on the clock. This is a great warm-up to give you an idea of what you will be doing in the actual rooms. If you are on the fence about if you would like it, go there and try the lobby games! Other locations say that once you are in the room, you are in there for the hour, if you have to go to the bathroom, you are out of the game and cannot re-enter. Think It Out allows bathroom breaks! It doesn't stop the clock, but if someone really needs to go, they can. LOL There was a treat for all in the room mid-game. It was a nice touch, and got our blood sugar going to give us a little pep in our step to solve the puzzles! Our group of 4 solved the Motown Room with 2 minutes left on the clock, so those lobby puzzles saved us! We managed to get the extra 6 minutes. read more

We had an awesome time here! Having never done an escape room type activity I wasn't sure what to expect, but we had a blast. The two women running it were super friendly and enthusiastic. Since there were 6 of us we had 2 unfamiliar people in our group, but it worked out fine. I think you would have a hard time completing this with fewer than 4-5 people, and more than about 8 would make the room too crowded. The activity itself was a blast- we had a great time solving the puzzles and found our way out of the room with 12 minutes to spare! 4 stars because of the price- We did this with a Groupon so it was roughly $15 per person. At that price it was great for an hour of entertainment. At the regular price (roughly double)...I don't know. I think it would be great for them to design a super difficult room with a 2 hour time limit. They said they were working on a Halloween themed room. read more

It would be difficult to overstate how much I enjoyed this place! I've done a few other room escapes from different companies, and none of them could compare. The staff was very friendly and remembered me from previous times I went, and the rooms were wonderfully designed. Everything had a level of polish that I would expect from professionals. My groups were always paired with other people, but everyone cooperated well and it actually made for a more enjoyable experience. A few of us actually exchanged contact information and tried to set up another time to all do a different room escape together! Such a fun experience! Just completed the mission with 7 family members and we were able to get the code and escape (with 3 minutes to spare!) At first, it seemed hopeless to look around a room full of what could be codes, but with a few 'cheats' we managed to make our way out! Great team building experience. It was a LOT of fun! We tried both of their rooms: Motown and Game On. Game on was my favorite but definitely a challenge. Motown is a bit easier compared to Game On but might be good for first timers or families with children. A fun hour of solving clues and puzzles. The owner is very nice too. They said they will be opening a new room in a few weeks which we plan to go back for. Give it a try- well worth it. read more
