"Fortunately" there were several bags that had opened, so I could check them out. I decided on a brown mulch for the garden bed. I paid for the bags sadly they did not have any more plastic sheets for the car. Leo loaded my car, he was awesome. He picked out bags that were intact and made sure I could see out the back window. When I unpacked the car, I was very happy that there was no mulch in the car. Thank you Leo , you made my day.

It's all about customer service and that has been outstanding during each purchase over the years. Installation has always gone very well with delivery folks who are extremely efficient, polite and courteous!

They came to swap out the tanks only to find out both of them had gas (one was full and the other had "less than the other" per the service guy.) You would think they would take the tanks they brought out to replace the tanks and credit me the $347 I spent for the replacements and just charge me for a service call. Instead they took the tanks that I paid for last year that had gas in them. So I lost the propane charge from 2021 (last year's charge was $220) and paid for 2 full tanks ($347).
