By far, Jay Covell and his crew were the most outstanding painters we've had at our house in the 35+ years we've been living here. They painted our kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and a bathroom, all in just 2 days, not missing a single square inch. The house looks brand new. The men were friendly, extremely thorough, and very, very professional. The price was very fair, and we added in a few last minute extras, which was done very obligingly, with the original estimate being very reasonably adjusted. I told Jay and his men they were the very best we have done business with, and that we would see them again in the spring for our next project. I was thrilled with the professionalism, work ethic and timeliness of the project. Jay gave me a quote, start date, end date and kept his work. They painted my upstairs hallway, stairs and most of the first floor. They were careful to protect my floors and caulked where needed. Jay Covell and his team was tasked with wall prep and painting of my office location, including ceiling, walls & trim. This included the moving of desks and heavy equipment. Jay was very respectful and accommodating. Project was completed in under 5 days with a variety of challenges that had to be overcome. The rating above was for the painting, special accommodations, timing and communication. My husband and I have been trying to close on a house that had some out buildings that had peeling paint on them. The bank refused to close until they were painted. Because of the time of year we couldn't find anyone to paint them. We explained the situation to Jay, he came and took a look, was completely honest with us that he couldn't guarantee the paint wouldn't peel because of the outside temperature.
