HORRIBLE AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE!!! I called Jeremy to get an estimate for a custom tank build in January 2020. I had a large tank was leaking so I had to move 2 large cichlids to a smaller temporary tank. He came to my house and took measurements. He knew the urgency of my request due to my fish being in a temporary holding tank... BUT I NEVER HEAD BACK FROM HIM. I tried to call, text, and email for follow up for 2 weeks on a timeframe... no response. After over 2 weeks of no response, I searched more and finally found a tank builder through Aquarium Arts in Mesa, which took another 3+ weeks to actually get a tank made. Never heard from Jeremy during this entire ~6 week process. The lack of response and delay in getting my fish into a new tank caused my huge Blood Parrot to get sick and eventually die, even after taking him to an aquatic vet twice for treatment. Jeremy was simply unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. He had all of my contact info...phone, email, and address. He was at my house. He has no excuse for his lack of response. He likely didn't see the opportunity for the cleaning service as he seems to focus on salt water tanks, so he likely decided to just move on and leave me hanging... this is not a business that cares about customers, referrals, or being professional. read more

Jeremy has serviced our tank for the past six months and we couldn't be more pleased! He is neat, detailed, and thorough. After initially assessing our 105 gallon reef tank, he immediately made some recommendations for treating and supplementing the water. In addition to cleaning and maintaining our tank, Jeremy is more than happy to help us pick out fish and coral to supplement what we currently have. With a background in biology, he is always able to explain the "why" behind everything he does when working on our tank. More importantly, he has no problem working within our budget and isn't pushy in the slightest (which is nice--we know there are lots of upgrades out there, but being relatively new to the hobby we like taking things one step at a time). His availability to our area is limited to certain days of the week-- not ideal, but at the same time we are willing to be flexible to work with a company that is honest and transparent. After being unhappy with the appearance of our saltwater tank, we switched service providers to Happy Fish and the tank has never looked better. The fish are healthier, there are no more problems with cloudiness or algae, it is much quieter and the equipment is now working the way it is supposed to. I am so glad I called to ask about setting up an aquarium and fish. These guys are the REAL experts. I purchased an aquarium from another store and would've had a disaster on my hands if I'd moved forward with my set up. The owner took my call and made a house visit free of charge even though I am not even an existing customer. He was very helpful and informative.
