He quoted one price for a simple tune up, (wrote it down by the way) and kept the vehicle for more than a month and half. Yes, I said A monthand a half! Who keeps a car belonging to a lady/ w a disabled son. That needs to get to and from clinic appointments for an entire month. And, it was just supposed to be a freaking tune up!! Never once did he call and report the status or extra cost. Instead, she and myself, along with other folks called and stop by regularly only to get the same old spin from Greg, such as, "It'll be ready in a week.
