We have been taking our daughters to this dental practice for the last 3 years. We always see Dr. Limb and he is amazing! Here's what we love about Harmony Dental: The staff is very friendly and welcoming! There's a designated waiting area for the kids. Pre-COVID it had video games and books. Now it's just a sitting area but still nice that it's a kid friendly space. I never have to wait long for Dr. Limb or the dental hygienist (I can't remember her name but she's great as well). The rooms have tvs mounted on the ceiling and the kids can pick shows to watch while they are getting their dental work done. They also offer laughing gas which has worked so well for my girls who needed quite a bit of work on their teeth. Between the sweet staff, the tvs and the laughing gas, my girls have never cried or had anxiety while they are at the dentist. On the contrary, they love going to the dentist! Dr. Limb and his dental assistant are so friendly and personable. Not only do they engage in conversation with the parents but with the kids too! The kids get tokens after every visit to use at the vending machines in the waiting area for little prizes like bouncy balls, small animal figurines, etc. The office is pretty accommodating to families with multiple kids. Many medical offices will not allow me to bring all 3 of my kids in at the same time for their appointments. Harmony Dental has always been so great about this and has made it where I can come in just once with all 3! And while I always try to find someone to watch my other kids when only one has an appointment, the staff and dentists have been so great and understanding when I have to bring all the kids in with me. The only negative thing I could say about Harmony is that Dr. Limb doesn't see adults as well lol. If he did, I would most certainly have him do all my dental work as well! He's really the best! What excuse or stigma you have for not going to the dentist I understand I was once that man Luckily I've found great dentists along the way that have helped changed that awful plan I must say The Harmony Dental Group stays true to its name, harmony is what they show When I first called the friendly receptionist Melissa was so pleasant you have to go When I got to the office Courtney greeted me with a smile and gave me papers to fill out They sent the info to fill out prior so yeah I could've did it online but not once did she pout The wait was not long then another friendly person called my name I later learn it was the dental hygienist Diane and she was the opposite of lame Diane patiently and efficiently ran me through the process of X-rays, the whole nine yards Then she proceeded to professionally give me my cleaning with care and great regards I didn't mentioned her experience showed as she has been doing her craft for many years After she was done she gave me great advice on post care then the dentist swiftly appeared To say Dr.Park knew his stuff alone would be an understatement and he's thorough too He expertly explained everything then came up with a treatment plan so I knew just what to do We had a minor technical difficulty but it was really nothing so not worth the mention Except a woman name Jenny helped who was also so pleasant she commanded attention So if you're still reading these words what are you waiting for go on set your appointment Head to Harmony Dental Group everyone there is amazing you won't be disappointed read more

Clean. Professional. Patient. Kind. Gentle and understanding. Excellent pediatric dentist. My son was terrified of dentists since he was a toddler but once we discovered harmony that all changed. Dr. Lim is amazing with the kids. He's funny, approachable, casting and informative. Completely transparent to parents and the kids. The asst dental hygienist was awesome too add wad the hygienist that cleans teeth. Did adults same care. Patient, gentle and for someone like me who is not a dentist fan (sorry!) They really went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Highly recommend this facility. read more

Here's an update: I have been a client for a year and half now. I'm making progress on my dental treatment plan and they have been understanding and working within my insurance/financial capabilities. A great team of people with amazing facilities and business systems in place to ensure a wonderful experience. They call back when they say they will. The hygienist I saw was courteous and gentle, frequently asking if I was okay or needed anything. Dr Ismayil is knowledgable and is able to provide insight about my teeth that no other dentist has been able to provide. I look forward to continuing my treatment here. read more

My four sons and I have been patients of Dr. Malek and The Harmony Dental Group for over five years. The entire staff has been consistently professional, personable, serious and, yes, fun, all when appropriate. This morning I had four implants done and a tooth extraction so I am moved to, finally, review. Dr. Malek is more in a dentist than I would hope for. Over the years he has been, clearly, very smart, empathetic, friendly and sensitive. I have had financial restrictions on the work I have required and Dr. Malek has been transparent and understanding always working out a way to get my essential work done in an affordable manner. Among the incredible staff, Natalia assists Dr. M, Ricardo who is a great resource for understanding insurance and billing and Courtney at the front desk all add to make my visits enjoyable, painless and, again, with some fun banter mixed in. They have done the hard work required to create their efficient, professional and pleasant practice. I urge my friends and family to take advantage of Dr. Malek and the entire Harmony Dental Group. Very pleased with the Harmony Dental Group. I found them with their convenient location as I also live off of East Ave and have used them the last 4 or so years since moving to this area. I think they do excellent work. I love that they are a very updated and modern facility and they even have the crown making machine right on premises! Everything has gone well with every visit I've had. I did have lots of issues with my teeth and needed to fill 9 cavities; they certainly know how to do the job right. No complaints! My son is going there next week for his very first dental visit! :) read more

Just moved to the state and found Harmony Dental Group after a web search. Maybe it's not the best way to choose a dentist, but I lucked out here. Don't let the humble office fool you -- these guys are customer-focused and have a state-of-the-art facility. Dr. Ismayil is more than a great dentist -- she's an artist! She's done a great job with a broken tooth that another dentist tried four times to fix and could not. She listens, and she gets the job done. I also had a great experience with the hygienist. Of course, I'd rather NOT go to the dentist but when I do, I'm pleased to know that these guys are on my side. read more

The entire staff is a team working extremely well together. Administrative staff is responsive, thorough and sensitive to patient needs and concerns. They all deserve to be singled out. Dental aide Natalia always brightens our spirits and we can feel the genuine concern of everybody in our well-being. Imaging and related equipment are first-rate. The office physically is airy, bright, open, accessible; waiting room very pleasant, although we've never had to wait there long. Appointment reminders are pin-point. I researched a few dentists in the Norwalk area when I first moved here and I was attracted to Harmony Dental Group by its location, and competitive pricing when it came to out of pocket basic care. The experience of getting an appointment was straightforward, and once I arrived, I was very warmly welcomed. I appreciated getting a tour of the office and having everything explained to me as they went. I had a cheerful, competent hygienist and both she and the dentist who did my exam were very thorough and professional. I'm glad I tried them and will be going back. They also offer children's appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is good to know. read more

This dentist office is very clean and up-to-date. There is a special designated area for kids to stay entertained before their appointment with toys and iPads. I had a bad experience with my last dentist who I have went to for many years leaving plenty of teeth to fix. I saw Dr. Malek at the Harmony Dental Group and he was kind, sincere, and straight to the point. He booked my next appointment right away to correct what the previous dentist did not catch. This is an amazing practice !!! My husband had an emergency extract and the team stayed 45min late to complete the procedure. I was so pleased that I immediately booked appts for the kids and myself. My 5yr old daughter is so excited for her checkup. They have a beautiful kids only room .. Bright happy yellow, stuffed animals and a tv (all exam rooms have a tv) plus a kids only waiting room with iPads .. Coloring station and tons on toys .. I just moved here from out of state and was referred to a dentist that is very close to me. After several months on a waiting list, only three of the six people in our family were able to be seen. After waiting for six months, I decided to find another practice. I like to read reviews of dentists that participate with my insurance, and this lead me to Harmony Dental. I am so, so pleased to have found them. The reception staff is beyond friendly and competent. It was easy to schedule appointments and they took careful note of my son's extreme anxiety with dental work. The office is beautiful, they go out of their way to ensure your personal comfort, and the equipment is state of the art. My incredibly anxious son had a great experience, with no fear whatsoever. I went today for my first cleaning and was thrilled with my hygienist Nicole. She was very gentle and we had so much fun talking that I'm sure I threw her whole day off! The dentist was very kind and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. She said everything looked great and sent me on my way. They also send several reminder e-mails and texts for your appointment, which, as a busy mom of four, I greatly appreciate. Especially when appointments are scheduled six months out. Friendly, professional, great quality work. My husband and I both have dental work done there. I take my three young children for their check ups - my youngest is autistic and they were able to engage him enough that he let them check his teeth! Impressive. The Harmony Dental Group is in a league of their own when compared to the other dentists I visited before landing with Dr. Malek at Harmony. Their professionalism, standards, honesty, and most importantly, their dental work far exceeds any experiences I have previously had. The office is clean and organized and just plain cool. With all this one would expect to pay more but that is not the case. Costs are amazingly fair and highly competitive with other local dentists, who by-the-way could not hold a candle to Harmony. As for Doc Malek, in addition to his dental abilities he is a "good man." No, no one paid me to say any of this. I had gone here for years, and although the doctors themselves are good at their jobs and the hygienists were at one time kind and respectful, the newer secretaries and hygienists are rude and prone to lecture one about one's lifestyle choices. God help you if you're a smoker. I was treated like some kind of godless monster when I begrudgingly revealed to the woman cleaning my teeth that I was a smoker. I was also at one point taught how to floss by a separate but equally rude hygienist, a skill I learned when I was, what, four? She informed me that even if I claimed I knew how to do so, the state of my (what I assumed she thought were disgusting) teeth proved that I didn't and had to be taught again. I didn't take proper care of my teeth at the time, I'll admit it. But nobody wants to be talked down to. Do you? I don't think you do. When presented with a scenario in which one must relay important information to someone in order to help their lives for the better, there's literally millions of ways to go about doing so. Being rude should never be one of them. So I'm sorry, Harmony Dental. But for the sake of your business' otherwise high quality, I highly suggest you hire less caddy and judgmental people to deal with patients. read more
