Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade.
