She started me with a fitness class which focuses on toning and strengthening my core, as well as a Beginner's Yoga class to work on strength, balance and flexibility. I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. This is my preferred location because the space is comfortable, with warm decor and soft lighting. The teachers are experienced and empathic and always encourage students to practice at their own pace with their own limitations. Students can take classes by the day or obtain a monthly membership. The owner is very warm, attentive to all of the details of the schedule and the studio, and cares deeply for students and for the practice as a whole. Parking is easy and located right outside the entrance. Class times range from early morning all the way through evening. I highly recommend the studio for someone looking to expand their practice or take their first yoga class.

Online they had a special for first timers and I opted to do aerial yoga for the 3 class package I bought and boy am I ecstatic that I went! He so eloquently showed us the moves and then spotted us as we needed. I was terrified at first and then I learned to trust my body and by the time I knew it I was doing things in the air and upside down and I was so proud and felt impressed. I did indeed connect with my body on a level I never knew. I loved it so much I then did the beginner class with Lisa and then the all levels with David again. Lisa was sweet but I like David's teaching style better, but I liked them both, but will stick with David. I am indeed going to buy the 10 class package because I loved it so much and I indeed need aerial yoga in my life more frequently. I've already convinced my co-workers and mom to attend an aerial yoga class with me so we're setting that up.
