I appreciated her questions and the way she made sure I was comfortable with the pedicure chair and water temperature. She made pleasant conversation that made the whole experience very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the staff appeared poorly trained, and communication was extremely difficult due to limited English proficiency, making even simple requests or feedback nearly impossible. I asked multiple times and ways for options for the base color of my manicure and no one could understand me until the owner came over to interpret. There was little interest in customer experience or service quality, and the overall appointment was very unpleasant. For the prices being charged, I expected far better professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care.
