Specifically, an aide by the name of Niki who complains constantly, is rough with fragile patients and ignores their pleads for help. A nurse by the name of Angie literally yelled at me while I was trying to get answers from the doctor on staff. My mother-in-law has open bed sores on her bottom and back because she is 1. Not rotated every two hours. 2. She is left in wet, dirty adult diapers too long and not cleaned up properly. My mother-in-law has yeast rashes all over her body. I watched her aide, Niki put cream on my mother-in-law's bottom and the use the same gloved hand to put a different cream on the rest of her rashes covering 40% of her body. Unsanitary practices!!! I've watched the same aide clumsily taken my mother-in-law from the bed to a bath chair. My mother-in-law was crying in pain because she was placed directly on the open sores on her bottom. The same aide used only one wash cloth to clean my mother-in-law in the shower, spreading the open sores and rashes to the rest of her body including her face. Once again, unsanitary practices!!! My mother-in-law accidentally urinated and defecated while being moved from the bed to the shower. The carpet has yet to be cleaned even though we have asked. Unsanitary practices!!! If you want your loved ones ignored, mistreated, uncompasionate care given - this is the place.
