Service is real bad, drinks are watered down. Went there because they are one of the few places in Portland to sell hog wings. Deep fried burnt pork. Had two drinks in a hour and felt nothing, not sure if it was the service or the drink, sure did not tasted vodka in my drink. Three times I had to explain vodka,diet coke with a lemon. Husband arrived asked her to put his drinks on my tab, when ready to leave she asked if the wings went on my tab or his. The bar itself was great; spacious, clean, awesome drink specials, and huge plates of food for modest prices. What makes the Heritage Pub "meh" was the bartender, Karma. She seemed extremely unhappy to be there, and in addition to being rude to me and my party, I could hear her being rude to other customers. The thing that kept my party and I from moving on was the karaoke; great sound system, song selection, and banter from the KJ. I'll be back, but not on nights this bartender works. read more

This Neighbourhood bar is everything you could be looking for, great food great drinks, KJ's is on point and the bartenders are amazing. Carma and Megan are always laughing, friendly and quick with service. Let's not forget about Josie, Kristy, Tawni and Bronson. I've never had bad service, inefficiency or incompetence at all. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone and I would even bring my mother and grandmother to this bar. It is the perfect mix of dive bar, restaurant quality food, excellent karaoke and friendly regulars and staff. Love a good dive bar. This was a dive, but NOT good, not good at all. The food was pretty bad, and the service was almost non existent! Drinks watered down, and we sat there for more than 30 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted more drinks or food? We just don't understand why some businesses just don't care if people come back. Pretty bad first and last impression. Don't waste your time. read more

Carma and megan are ah-freaking-mazing!!! As a drag queen i always felt welcomed by Carma and enjoyed spending time talking with her in between playing the slots.. i would reccommend this establishment to anyone that wants a place that they can feel at home with and that they feel welcome at.. if i could rate this a 10 out of 5 i would!!! The clientele is a bit odd but the lady bartender rocked. It is a good pub in a world of too classy pubs and the drinks good.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever expierenced. I went there for a few drinks with my family, I ordered a whiskey diet and could not taste any liquor. So I politely go up to the bar and ask the bartender named Karma if she can add a shot to my drink or remake it. She instantly becomes defensive as if I'm attacking her. She goes on to tell me I'm "entitled and expecting free stuff" when I simply wanted a decent drink. The bartender goes on to argue with me and taunt me in front of other customers. I will not be returning because of this bartender. Absolutely appalled at how horrible the customer service is. read more

This was formerly the Harmony Inn. The new owners have pretty much kept it the same, a much simplier menu, food is good. They have some new staff, some old. I like everything except that there were some patrons who were 86d for very good reasons before and they have let them back in. These are people who are straight up scammers and theives and should never have been let back in. Tried to talk with staff but guess will bring up to owners. read more

Terrible service. Staff never checks on anyone. The place is never clean. Bathrooms look like they were stolen from a underage sex trafficking warehouse. The bartender actually got on the PA to tell customers to stop farting it stunk so bad. Drinks aren't made correctly, and the beer lines don't seem to be clean. I felt like I had a good chance of contracting herpes just from sitting in the booth. Just run away! read more

Heritage bartenders, and staff take great care of their guests. I would recommend any one who enjoys a great local bar to visit.

Little neighborhood place. $1 jello shots when I was there. One of the guys who works there (security?) is a hottie. Good music.

I read the review and thought this would be a nice "up to date" pub I could meet friends in. All it come down to that this place is a dive bar with marginal food. We were sat at a table that leaned so bad, not enough bar napkins could straighten it out. The floor is so uneven that going to the restroom was a feat in itself. There were four of us and we ordered drinks and food. The food come out at different times. One person was done and the other just got there food. I ordered the hog wings and they were still slightly frozen In the middle. Just awful. The reason I gave it two stars was the waitress were friendly and attentive to the drinks.
