Everything went well so I booked my next three appointments with her. I had some unexpected guests show up for the holiday weekend and I debated cancelling this next appointment but she books out far and doesn't have great hours. So I showed up to my second appointment AFTER I confirmed two days before and received MULTIPLE reminders day-of. Doors are locked and lights were off. I waited around for 30 minutes and finally had to leave. Two hours later, I get a text that there was a family emergency and she would like to rebook and I haven't heard from her since. I would also like to commend Spa by Claudia for not only responding to my post on yelp but for actually working on the problem I spoke about in my review. I have had over five sessions since my last review and I haven't run into any of the concerns or issues I spoke about in my last review.
