Great selection at this place. Has cigars, ecigs, pods, 0% nic disposable hookahs, etc. Guy working the shop always has a nice conversation too, not pushy or trying to sell. He is just helpful in going through all the items. read more

They gave her a disposable delta 8 that didn't work and then they exchanged it for another one that also didn't work. She asked for a refund after that and they said no. This place scammed my friend. They literally have a sign saying that you can exchange electronic vape products within a 3 day window. My friend didn't even leave the parking lot and realized what they sold her was broken. They replaced it for another broken one, she tried it there and the guy was rude to her and refused to return it. She will be fighting the charge with her bank and also we are telling everyone how scummy you are. read more

They don't carry a big selection and are a bit pricier than other nearby places. Owner seems nice, but some of the employees could benefit from training. They are not at all knowledgeable in their field, and when the owner isn't there, some become less than friendly. The location is convenient, but when you combine the current lack of selection, higher prices, and unprofessional service, it just isn't worth shopping there. read more

Pretty decent smoke supply shop. Small selection of cigars but good ones at that. Lots of different glass pieces from small to large and lots of vape goodies. Best smoke shop on this side of town thank god there's somebody to shop from. read more

A few years back I started vaping and thought why not support a local business, so I went up the street to The Hideaway on Red Bug by the Gators. I purchased an Aspire tank and used it for a few weeks before needing to get replacement coils, so I went to another shop closer to my job and got coils, but they looked different. Curious I went home and scratched off the authentication stuff that companies use to stop counterfeiters and knock offs...the code had been used over 10,000 times...def not an authentic. I probably wouldn't have minded the knock off but I paid full price for the authentic and it was packaged as authentic, so I printed up the paper saying the authentication sheet and brought the tank and certificate up to The Hideaway where the guy initially told me no refunds. He did ask what I would pay for the counterfeit in an attempt to keep my business, but at that point I wasn't willing to pay shit for a counterfeit. They mislead and deceived me and there was no way I was going to allow them to keep one cent of my money after misrepresenting an item they sold to me. Finally I told the guy that I have proof that it's a counterfeit and that I would contact customs and report him for selling counterfeit items as genuine. THAT got the guys attention at which point he did refund me. These guys are crooks. I get overhead and needing to make money but to sell clones as authentic to do so is bullshit. The best advice I can give is avoid this shop. I believe if this was an honest mistake they wouldn't have waited til I threatened to get customs involved to take care of me, and the person running the place did not seem even slightly concerned about the items being clones (I mean he bought them from someone too, and I know how mad I was that I was sold 1 knock off, I'd be livid of I got a shipment of them and didn't know) read more
