Walked in to grab something for a friend and I'm not familiar with anything inside and the workers ignored me like I was not there. It was bizarre, I felt like I was in some sort of realty show. They were busy eating their food and talking and even when I walked up and asked them directly for something they wouldn't turn around. Needed a scale real bad, walked into this smoke shop. Was super indecisive and annoying about my selection but Max and Kat assisted me with kindness and it really made my experience worth it. Came back an hour later to sort it out and now I'm sitting here waiting while these 2 stoners try every bong in the shop (putting there lips on it) when I was here first. Everything is slightly overpriced. Finally a nice woman came back from her break and was smart enough to realize that the correct one I wanted was the same price. I went in for vape juice and asked if the case I was looking at was regular juice or salt nic. I was told it was regular juice, so trusted what I was told and bought 2 bottles ($40). but wasn't given a receipt and when I got home I read the bottle to find out it was salt nic. I'm honestly so tired of having bad service here. I've bought multiple pens from them as they're close to me- the first one didn't last long at all before it started glitching- the second time I went in and asked specifically for a pen that wouldn't break and that was tough and durable- got home and the first time I drop it from 3 feet it shattered into three pieces. Now I went in today to get a cheap pen as a back up for my car- walked to my car- didn't even work on my cart - came back and told them and she kept blaming it on my cart and not the pen. Then she calls the manager and they say all they can do is give me store credit? I don't want to even come back here and now I have store credit. Please just have better policies! DeSantis & then about her gender being illegal to be taught in schools. *before i go on, i am not okay with it. i have a daughter, 7. she doesn't understand when i inform her, also being bisexual myself, i try to teach my kids the importance of diversity. the school systems do a shit job as it is with BASIC curriculum, they are not equipped nor trained in the topic/subject/field.) but i sympathized & tried to avoid giving my opinion on the subject. but she pursued (AGAIN THIS IS AN EMPLOYEE GUYS) extremely HOSTILE. DISRESPECTFUL. ENTITLED. i advised her that we are all fighting for something & me as a black woman unserstand the struggle. she tried to "relate" my RACE into the scenario by saying "what if they were told it's illegal to teach black history?!" as if it measured. she was highly unprofessional. then the other employee proceeds to intervene, not to my defend because of his partners unprofessionalism but to DENY ME SERVICE, because his employee was uncomfortable with me ?!?!?! it's insane !!!! so basically if you aren't okay with transgender (which i am okay with, just not them teaching it in schools to children who can barely put numbers together lol) you are not okay to shop here. i will again be reaching out to a LAWYER. because i feel HIGHLY discriminated against myself, harassed & denied service. if you are not able to handle opinions then you should not be in the customer service field sis. read more

Amazing shop with tons of great choices. Max was really helpful in getting me everything I needed and at a great price.

I went there yesterday to buy a water pipe. The manager was nice and willing to to work something out and even told me wps were buy one get one half off bc there was a sign that said it in fine print. So I think about it and come back in the evening and some guy with dreads is running the show. He tells me wps aren't buy one get one half off and then when I tried negotiating him for one wp he pretended to text his manager and blamed it on her saying he can only do full price. He couldn't even do me a 10 percent discount blaming it on his manager even tho I had spoken to her earlier. Make sure you go in the morning bc the manager is really nice and she is usually there then. If you go in the evening you might run into the guy with dreads who's an asshole and lied to my face. read more

This is actually a really cool shop, the location is in a really weird spot it's hard to get in and out of and unfortunately the past two times I have tried to visit to purchase products the door is always been locked with a sign saying they will be back in five minutes. 20 minutes later I decided to go to a different smokeshop right down the road with lesser of a selection of products but their door is always open. Would love to spend more money here if they would actually have it staffed properly. read more
