I'll state here, I fully understand Valley County should be graded on a slight curve, and lettuce is a tough one, but I'm sure cook noticed when cutting. Rest of lettuce was good. Rest of salad was also. Lastly the French Onion Soup was not great. Basically the onions were not cooked long and slow enough to develop flavor, heck they were firm. We will be eating here again, as the food and service overall was good and the location is nice and awful convenient. Prices was inline with what you get and for Valley County. I do wish that there was a little more char to the ribeye. The coloring of it wasn't really pleasant. It looked like it was steamed vs cooked on a flat grill.
