They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!

Great !! he has an electric pump to get us off the highway and I looked to see how far a Walmart was, I said only 4 minutes from the exit. Great so we followed the directions and to the left is a tire place. we pull in my husband goes in and the guy takes care of us right away . Puts our spare tire on for us and checks the other tire.
