I was having a problem with my new camping trailer, one of the slides would not come in, it would…read moreshow signs of life when extended but nothing when retracted. I was put in touch with SJRV repair and was called very quickly. Rather than follow the manuals troubleshooting instruction, and use a power driver to manually pull in the slide, Sean told me to remove the panel and check the switch, sure enough, it was half way on. Once I seated it properly, everything was fine and we were on our way. He knew the exact problem just by a few minute phone call. He was patient, assessed my technical capability in a polite manner and genuinely wanted to help. I now have a go to place for these types of issues. Thank you Sean for saving our vacation and my sanity! Since we were referred to him by Good Sam it was a good value.

My experience was actually exactly the opposite. From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. Prices posted up front on RVs. No guessing. RVs are open so you don't have to experience pressure from a salesman that needs his commission. I gave three stars because when I went to do walkthrough and finish paperwork found out my RV wasn't new as the sales man we talked to said it was. So instead of getting the manufacturer's warranty that comes with new RVs, I paid for an extended warranty. Little bit frustrating. Overall this place has a good vibe, and I would recommend.

I would definitely feel comfortable referring people and purchasing again from Andy. In addition, their Delivery Coordinator, Ernie Sanchez is a great guy and always willing to help. I was getting ready for our maiden voyage to Colorado and we were having an issue with our Insta Hot Water Heater. I called Andy and he got Ernie on the phone right away. Ernie is not fast to say he has a solution, he is thorough and wants to make sure he has a good answer for you. He asked if he could go verify a few items and when he called me back, he had a suggestion. We found the hot water heater valves operate in the opposite direction and suggested I try to reverse them. sure enough we had hot water. The day and trip were saved and these guys care. They want your experience to be great and I believe they try to make it that way, before, during and after the sale. I am very pleased and have driven to Arizona and about to head back home.
