In addition to the actual plants, they have landscaping services, lots of gardening supplies, and even decorative items and gifts. I haven't participated in anything just yet, but they even host all kinds of events and classes throughout the year. Overall, I'm super happy to have such a fun community spot nearby. The gentleman I spoke to asked me to read the labels on the various products and to each he responded if they did or did not meet the requirements of the collection. He was courteous, concerned and interested in assuring me what items to take or not, This positive response I received on the phone is the same I receive when either I or my wife shop at the Kingston, MA Aubuchon Hardware store every time. I can't stress the value they bring when ever I shop an especially when seeking technical help for a project.

After the 9th week, I noticed on the website the cost was less so I called for a status and asked for the sales price. They agreed to give me the sales price and said the order is at the warehouse. The next day I received an email stating the item is out of stock and my order was cancelled - this is after waiting 9 weeks. I called and all I got was, "I'm sorry, it is out of stock." Now in most cases, a PO is assigned to you when you place your order and it will be ready to ship in the time frame they first give you. I asked to speak to a manager and after 6 hours one called me back, saying the same thing, "Sorry it's out of stock." I could tell it was the same person I spoke to earlier. They took 9 weeks away from me, in that time I could have had the item from another company. Very POOR services. I don't recommend them!!
