It's a warehouse hardware store - how can people complain? My complaint is I go in with a list, and trot off to start shopping in Screws and Nails, but then realize the stuff I need on my list in Electrical... I just passed eight aisles over on the way to Screws and Nails! Really. Prices are great, for example you can choose from very inexpensive electrical tools to high-end Klein electrical tools. Lower-quality building materials to higher-quality. The budget and choice is yours. I had ordered a mid-to-higher end screen door, and then had their installer install it. Perfect service. Timely. Cost effective. Pleasing to the eye. I will certainly use The Home Depot installation services again. read more

Want to give the Managers a heads up that Home Depot has two very, very helpful and personable Customer Service Reps behind the counter who were working on Dec 23 2021 who made HOME DEPOT PROUD! I neglected to focus on theirs names but their outstanding personalities and helping answering my questions showed me they loved their positions. It's not very often during this time period you can find or keep exceptional employees to look out for their employers but these two women make it worthwhile. You should be very proud to have them behind that counter! They have the perfect personalities to take care any customers inquiries and do it with a smile and caring answer! My sister in law and I went into purchase an built in fireplace/ heater. We had a 10% off coupon. We were sent to see an associate named Joyce. She was very helpful, but the coupon wasn't being taken. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got the 10% off. She is an asset to the company. I love this store. The overabundance of "self check out" registers compared to cashier operated registers is still a huge issue here. Where's the customer service? Put people to work!! On a brighter note my last experience here was 5 star!!! Julianna overheard me talking on the phone trying to locate trim molding for my contractor. She got the number of the trim I had and looked for availability at other Home Depots, saving me hours of trying to locate the trim needed. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU JULIANNA!!! read more

ALEXIS is Fantastic! I hope this home depot realizes how good of an employee she is. I placed a LARGE order for shingles online that were to be delivered from this store. I used a gift card for part of my purchase and managed to realize i ordered the WRONG shingles and the ones i needed are not available. I had to call the store to cancel, first girl her name eludes me did nothing. No refund to card no nada, just an email confirmation that it was cancelled. I waited about a week and called and got Alexis who answered all my prayers. She got my credit card funds returned right away and had a replacement sent out to me for my $250 gift card!! I was looking to order a Ryobi product online and was unable to, but saw that the product was listed as limited stock and to call the Bridgewater store. I was lucky enough to call and have DeeDee pick up and help me! After giving her the item number, she went and checked for it and was unable to locate it, but said there was one listed as in stock. DeeDee went above and beyond and offered to have other employees help look for the product and call me back to let me know if they had it or not. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a store in a long time. This time of year is crazy busy at HomeDepot but DeeDee took the time to help me. read more

I bought a Honeywell replacement thermostat and was unable to loosen a tiny screw to remove a jumper ring. I had two people try for me and no results. The Honeywell customer service was useless. I was returning the item and the person at the return desk was wonderful she called down Brian Williams from electric to help. Brian was wonderful and was able to loosen the screws. Very polite and accommodating. So pleased with the service and the caring woman at the returns desk. Thermostat all installed thank you thank you. read more

I hate all Home Depot's now, they all suck. They always have only one register open and they try to force you to use the self check out which I refuse to do. Basically if you come in the wrong end of the store you have to push your stuff all the way to the other end of the store pay and then go back to the previous end of the store in order to get to your vehicle. Home Depot employees should strike, they refuse to pay them the same wages McDonald's employees get $15 an hour so instead of accommodating the employees they're accommodating themselves by putting in all the self check out at the expenses of the customers. read more

I think the Home Depot in Bridgewater is a joke,every time I go there for something ,they are out of stock,can't ever find anybody in the store. Go to Lowe's,I never had a problem there,Shredding my HD card and staying with Lowes,Won't be surprised if they close there doors soon.That store sucks!!! read more

Not sure why the previous review was a one star. I've been going to this Home Depot for some time and each time I've had a good experience from doors to contracted services. Mike was so helpful when we asked his help for a material list for our three season. Mary in hardware is so knowledge when it come to hardware due to her experience working with her dad in automotive. Lisa and Theresa at customer service were so helpful with deliveries and quick to act on if there was a mistake. As for one register being open this is no problem with the added Self Service. The only reason they don't get a "zero stars" is because that isn't an option. I've been shopping at Home Depot since I was 15 and started working as a painter. I call a trip to Home Depot a "field trip" because I love going there so much. Great products and reasonable prices. This location does not seem to honor the customer being in the store during closing. They rush you out before you can make your purchases (don't you want to make $?). I was denied honoring my list before they ushered me out of the store at exactly 9pm. Here's a suggestion: if a CUSTOMER walks in your store at 8:59pm and you close at nine; ALLOW THEM TO GET WHAT THEY CAME FOR! read more

Placed a onlne order so I can be in and out,but instead wait 20 minutes in a 3 person line.If I didn't pay for it already I would of just walked down the isle picked it up and cashed out. Even the woman at the counter is telling the other worker "I call down to them and they say ya ya I be right down and they never show up" I would of called for manager ,but didn't have another 20 minutes to wait,I believe manager on duty was Michelle monkay as she had her photo there but of course not physically there. read more
