This company installed new appliances for my new construction home. The fridge is dented in several…read moreareas, the plastic on the bottom of the door keeps popping out and will not stay attached and in addition, the microwave is installed completely crooked and the microwave looks like it was dropped. The bottom is completely caved in on a section of it. I've reached out to Bobby, he is placing the blame on the builder for signing off on it. The multiple dents, the incredibly poor installation of the microwave says otherwise as that microwave was damaged pre installation and the microwave appears to have been installed by an 8 year old. He was supposed to get back to me several months ago, now he will not take the call I made and hasn't responded back to my emails asking about the follow up. He just doesn't respond back. Buyer beware with this company. After already purchasing these appliances, I am going to have to repurchase a new fridge, microwave and pay for the install after we've already paid for said items. Total joke. I'm looking into a legal action after contacting the BBB.

The lady working the self-checkout was being overly helpful--in your face and in an annoying way. She kept pointing to the steps on the screen while my husband and I were talking among ourselves. Then she walked between us and pointed at what the screen was saying. Boy, oh boy, did that tick my husband off. She did it twice to him, and then she told me to select if I wanted a paper receipt or not. I turned around and said, "I know what the screen is prompting, thank you." I understand the lady was just trying to do her job, but someone working in retail should recognize when customers are talking or engaged in their own conversation while checking out. It's one thing to help when asked, but it's another when you prompt someone to do something they didn't ask for assistance with and when they're talking to each other. It comes off as rude, especially when my husband had already acknowledged her twice and said, "We got it," but she kept pushing.

They have had half of our items just waiting there to be delivered and wanted to "wait until it was all in to deliver it" which we never opted for and doesn't make sense to have items waiting. Very unfortunate because we have always used Lowe's but this might be the worst location to go with.
