Came to pick up a few things I needed. I went through the self-checkout, and mind you, I know how to use it. The lady working the self-checkout was being overly helpful--in your face and in an annoying way. She kept pointing to the steps on the screen while my husband and I were talking among ourselves. Then she walked between us and pointed at what the screen was saying. Boy, oh boy, did that tick my husband off. She did it twice to him, and then she told me to select if I wanted a paper receipt or not. I turned around and said, "I know what the screen is prompting, thank you." I understand the lady was just trying to do her job, but someone working in retail should recognize when customers are talking or engaged in their own conversation while checking out. It's one thing to help when asked, but it's another when you prompt someone to do something they didn't ask for assistance with and when they're talking to each other. It comes off as rude, especially when my husband had already acknowledged her twice and said, "We got it," but she kept pushing. read more

If you need anything done I'd recommend to just go in person , they either don't answer the phone or they do and give you the run around. We called four times and kept being told they would call back to help, never did. Also i wouldn't order any appliances here unless you want them three weeks later than the projected time you are told when you order. They have had half of our items just waiting there to be delivered and wanted to "wait until it was all in to deliver it" which we never opted for and doesn't make sense to have items waiting. Very unfortunate because we have always used Lowe's but this might be the worst location to go with. read more

Phones are never answered. Just last week I went to buy a water heater, and they said the item was out of stock. They sold me a tall one and later found out that they said it was out of stock because they didn't want to take the it down from the top shelf. Had to haul back the tall water heater just to get the short one. They are so inconveniencing and they make you wait forever to be helped. read more

Placed order for a stove on Lowes online, stated that there was 2 items in stock on website. I called store to verify just in case. They stated that yes, there were available. A few days later, we were informed the order was cancelled cause it was not in stock. HUH? I called and verified. The website said you had some. What happened?! This happened 3 times....3 TIMES! Finally got item delivered and then they deliver it a day early and just left it outside on the doorstep. If you want to shop here, might be ok, but don't ask for delivery, cause it will be a headache! read more

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. They have 0 drive for customer satisfaction. I was on hold for almost two hours on the phone. So I went to the store and my curbside took almost an hour. I ordered a fridge 11/16. Supposed to deliver 11/17. NEVER showed. No call from Lowe's. I called three times before I was told delivery was changed to 11/24. On that day NO SHOW and no call. Next day I called another three times before I was told 11/27. Installer said if they had to change the door swing left to right it would void all warantees. I called corporate. It was a lie he said his manager told him to say because they'd had so many problems. He wasn't TRAINED to do that. They left a mess behind, failed to remove the plastic on door fronts.
