The bottom is completely caved in on a section of it. I've reached out to Bobby, he is placing the blame on the builder for signing off on it. The multiple dents, the incredibly poor installation of the microwave says otherwise as that microwave was damaged pre installation and the microwave appears to have been installed by an 8 year old. He was supposed to get back to me several months ago, now he will not take the call I made and hasn't responded back to my emails asking about the follow up. He just doesn't respond back. Buyer beware with this company. After already purchasing these appliances, I am going to have to repurchase a new fridge, microwave and pay for the install after we've already paid for said items. Total joke. I'm looking into a legal action after contacting the BBB.

He couldn't figure out what was wrong with my cooktop and didn't fix it. He said he would contact Wolf and get back to me. Weeks later, nothing. I was told the "owner" would call me back but never did. I find this unacceptable and completely unprofessional. DO NOT trust these people. Also, the older lady that answers the phone needs to improve her professionalism. She is so rude.

Hard to tell in images but there are two larger dents, serious scratches and even a little rust in one area.

It was probably one of the worst organized Home Depot's I've been in there were cardboard boxes in the middle of the aisles. Didn't like the environment whatsoever. I made sure it was the right store and asked for the price. I was given the information, so I got up early the next morning to make sure to be there for opening time and availabilty. I told the door greeter what I was looking for and he sent me to isle #35 and after 1/2 hour of searching for item, decided to search for floor help. None to be found and when I did, he told me he was not sure if they had them and did not even offer to go look. I asked 3 other employees and no one knew how to help me until a young lady in the lumber department helped me to look for the item on the computer - which she found - but told me they did not carry that item. Why was I told that they had 3 in stock? This store manager needs to get it's act together and make sure his employees are knowlegible enough to help customers out, especially when the custom is handicapped and not able to move around searching all over the store for the item and for an employee to help out. I am totally disappointed with this store.

They told me it would be $500 dlls to fix it and it would likely be better for me to buy a new one. They Charged $60 !!! just for trip to my house and stand there for 20-30 min. Their argument was it would take 2 men to take it apart, repair plus labor and parts. Obviously I said NO and decided to search the Internet where we found some simple videos of potential problems. We bought the part (clutch) for $40 Dlls (although we saw some for as cheap as $15 dlls) . It only took my boyfriend to move the washer and lay it down on the floor. It took him literally 15-20 min to take it apart and remove Clutch and put new one back together. The washer started spinning but only slow. Another google search said it could be a garment trapped between the spinning basket and water tank. Another 10 min of taking things apart and voila there it was. Removed the garment and there it was my washer spinning full speed now. Spent total $100 thanks to these people otherwise it would have been only $40 dlls. We had been very hesitant on calling them but we said to give it a try thinking it could be an easy fix (which it was ) BUT of course they made it look it wasn't. Bottom line. I do not recommend using this company. If you are not a DIY person please do more research on who to hire first. Obviously we didn't but we don't want anybody else going thru what we went thru with this company.
